This was so informative in such a great manner! Thank you…..I wish you were my therapist!
Wow, thank you!
I had carpal tunnel syndrome in one hand right dominant hand. And found out after having symptoms that I was told it's in both my hands. Couldn't figure out why? I also had a trigger finger in my right hand for over a year . Was never fixed because at the time I was dealing with pain in shoulder fromb2 minute small tears.bSo when came time to see my hand therapist. Best around here. She assessed me and asked me what do you want done. I said at that time we'll I think icould live with a bent finger seems it been so long let's do carpal tunnel. Cause she didn't want to do both. Cause too much at one time. So I had it done Aug 2. Got along great. But by middle Oct. I went back to her . She assessed my hand. Surgery was great you can hardly see scar.. I told her I can't seem to get a fist. And I wake up morning stiff and swollen so unfortunately shecsaid she we will have to go back in and get rid of that trigger finger now cause that's causing all th e problem.Lot of scar tissue. I was so up set. Not again .She told me I had so much scar tissue.Wants I get that done it will be OK. Getting done after xmas. Then after healing from that have to get other hand done.Been off work since Feb..What's your thoughts on this. Every morning since I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel I awake. I deal with stiffness in both hands. But swelling of fingers in right hand as well. What are your thoughts on all of this. 😢
There’s a lot going on. Don’t give up. Find a provider that will look at your while body instead on parts. You might have to pay for it but it’s better than what you’ve got right now. It’s not the one min answer you are looking for but it’s possible to get help. Good luck!
