      Flounder is easy to like. I would probably serve it with some kind of New Orleans style rice

    Delish! I tried a tip to get more juice from lemons and limes . Pop in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds let cool and squeeze. It works! 😊

      Daddy Jacks was a New England Lobster & Chowder house. It was on on lower Greenville closer to Ross Ave

    You can add the zest when your reducing and then cream then juice at the end. The heat releases the zest oil then the cream goes in just like silk. Gives the sauce little color too

      @@BrooklynBrothersCooking Thanks. I always try and use that zest. Really elevates any lemon dish. 🍋 especially if curdling is an issue you can get a lot of lemon flavor with less issues in some cream sauces.

    I adore everything you post. But I have to throw a penalty flag for using Holland House white cooking wine. I always keep a bottle of cab-sauv in the fridge for cooking.

    I am trying to convince someone who is on that cursed Keto diet to give this a try. How much flour do you think is on a filet you cooked after shaking it off? It can't be much. I think.

      Honestly, I don’t know how to measure that🧐. I think a keto friendly flour would be fine.
