Strength to Strength Sisters welcomed Darla Weaver for a practical topic for women of all ages.
What happens when we bring God into the secret longings of our heart? What does emotional purity look like for a young woman? How does God fit into that vulnerable part of our life and what do we do with these desires for intimacy and connection?
Join us as we talk about God’s heart for purity, His desire for a relationship of intimacy with His daughters, and the why’s behind His standards of holiness.
    An interactive question-and-answer period follows.
Mothers, please be conscious of the age and maturity of your listening daughters. Thank you!

Really good for women, we can do all of that without realizing how we got there.

Thanks, this was a well done, well thought out video. It opened my eyes. But I am watching the Strength To Strength videos because I want to be hearing from people focused on leading good, humble lives. I watched the news this morning and it’s like a recital of evil being glorified. This channel is a peace filled alternative, where God is the focus.

Our teacher called it "the sanctity of the relaxed grasp." Thank you, Darla, important message!

I appreciate this because it is real. Its not a "pretty" and powered talk. It is tje reality for most people who I have come across.
Thanks so much for the candidness and transparency.
Thanks even MORE for the grace and hope that the message put forward.

I have a question, please. About head covering and Mary, who anointed Jesus with oil, and dried His feet with her hair. At this stage she was a converted, forgiven woman, set free by Jesus in person. Her long hair must have been loose and uncovered, in front of the man, Jesus, and in front of a number of other high men all attending the feast at this place. How can this be if the practice was to cover the hair at all times in public as an outward token of modesty and submission? If it was the custom for women, how would she not observe this as a token of respect and worship in the very presence of Her Lord? I'm trying to understand it. Thank you

Is there a way that I can contact Sister Darla? Her sharing led to me being deeply born again--to really, really embracing Grace--praise the Lord!
