Long time subscriber and still in awe at your excellence. One of my favourite channels. Still using the Mirock Tri square and it's still perfect. Had it for a couple of years now and it's one of the best looking tools I have in my shop.👍

how do you realign parts on the router when you flip them?
I use holes, put pins in them and make the same holes on table
Nice job but I see the need for thin washer under knobs - it mars the tool - same problem on many jigs what you make

I wonder what kind of guys are you? What patience, what a look-ahead, etc. I could probably do that too, but I wouldn't have the patience. For me everything has to be done in one day, fast zack zack etc. How do you do that? A thought comes up "oh I'll build a crosscut fence" CNC program, etc. That thing with the black paint on the plastic part ... Great! Those knobs and thumb piece... Really went the extra mile there and it paid off big. I would have been satisfied with some plain knurled brass knobs and nothing on the spring catch. Spectacular work.

The waste board confuses me... It looks like loosely compacted shavings and a little glue.

Very nice. There is only one improvement I would make, I'd add the ability to lock the quick adjust down / disengaged. I've never seen it done on a machine but try setting up an angle of, for example, 44 degrees. It's awkward because it keeps wanting to snap to 45 degrees so you have to hold down the quick adjust, set the angle and lock the angle plate without it moving.
Yes, you are right. But in this case I just keep it pressed and install without it. It cant move disk when handle holds. Of course we can build one more lock locking main lock but really it is needed?
With machine and mind can make everything. After a long time period, I found such a perfect idea with a brilliant mind.
