Spend the day with Gary: From a New Job to Cooking up some Beef Wagyu!

We spend the day at Gary's new job being a tour guide at Alaska Backcountry Adventure Tours where he takes visitors on snowmobile tours in the stunning and beautiful Knik Glacier Valley. Afterward we head back home where Gary prepares another delicious meal with Wagyu Flat Iron Steak on the menu.
