First I want to say I enjoy y’all’s videos so much. I’m not a detailing business but just and enthusiast that loves to learn!!! Anyway just wanted to say thanks for all the tips and I really like the Vonixx trim restore and have the same issue with the excess runoff and wasn’t sure if it was me doing something wrong or not!!! Thanks again and keep going you guys are great!!!!
Totally agree on the towels and that's why I like your style of work because is simple and practical. Nice job both and I learn a lot. Have a nice weekend.
I have always enjoyed your down to earth business approach. I detail as a side hustle, but I am usually 6 to 8 weeks out. Right now I am slow also. Unusual for me also. But the extra time off is nice. Keep up the grind!
Here in Finland Phil, I have had 5 yrs of tough slog followed by 1 yr of “good times” and this year has been the slowest ever. My take on it is the economy, people had to reshuffle their priorities and with less income and still a lot of outgoings along with a 25,5% VAT hike on prices, my customers felt the pinch, albeit I did. But loyalty is a clear issue one must follow and I found the same customers going to a new detailing outlet and these 24/7 all in one cleaning pit stops which are cheaper. I was pissed and annoyed and actually scaled back on marketing and just went down to a handful of super loyal customers and so am happier. It means my bottom line is lower but heck I am happy with it.
Cool video, Phil! Thanks for posting!
