Anarkali and Noorjahan were not the same. Anarkali was a dancer in Akbar's court while Nur Jahan (Mehrunisa) was the daughter of Ghiyas Beg and the widowed wife of Alikuli Beg (Sher Afghan). Mehrunissa was appointed in the service of Salima Begum, the widowed wife of Akbar. Jahangir first saw Mehrunissa in the festival of Navroz and married her in 1611 after being enchanted by her beauty. It was Jahangir who gave Mehrunissa the title of Nurmahal and Nurjahan.

I'm from Peshawar and living at the same built(road) that was build by sher shah suri. All people here knows about it. it's called GT(grand trunk) road. Also he build here a huge fort known as Qilla bala hisar. Still existed in same old condition no modification has been made.
