You should try to move the projector off to the side if possible. The light blows out the effect a bit. The Atmos products are excellent, if not a bit expensive. But absolutely worth it if you are a serious Halloween decorator!
Hey Josh, thanks for watching! For better or worse, the way that it is set up is intentional. I try to strike a balance between 'just enough visual information to make an informed decision about the decoration' and 'not good enough so that people aren't enticed to rip it for personal use'. Hope that makes sense and glad you enjoyed the collection!
I don't have any personal experience doing this bu there's quite a few posts about adding projections to your roof on the AtmosFX Decorating Community Facebook group which can be found here. facebook.com/groups/262138701085134/search/?q=roof
This! Best I have seen so far. I could use bits and pieces from previous releases, but this entire presentation works and fits my concept of Halloween. The pumpkin king was the weakest, but very good. I don't really know that much about this legend. Will do some research. The Grim Reaper I felt was the strongest. It really coincides with what Halloween means to me: death, skeletons, tempus fugit, memento mori! I didn't spot the flaw you pointed out, but will watch the ferry scene again and decide if it is egregious enough to keep me from buying. The Headless Horseman is a classic story. It got a little repetitive and I was wondering if a horse was going to eventually be part of it. Otherwise, it eould just be "The Headless Guy"! But they came through. Thanks for the review!
@@ToilandTroublesDIY Jack Skellington was called the Pumpkin King, but I was looking for some deeper, older legend. So far, nothing. The Grim Reaper is pretty ancient & universal. The Danse Macabre is probably the original source. The Headless Horseman is about 200 years old courtesy of Washington Irving.
Do you have any recommendations to lock and key my projector? The only thing keeping me projecting outdoors is someone taking it. I live in a neighborhood of gated windows
I would recommend purchasing or creating a lockable enclosure for your projector (I have a video for this on my channel) then connecting the enclosure to an earth anchor using a braided steel security cable. This will make your projector extremely theft resistant.
Just got this today and absolutely love it

YES! The Legend of Sleepy Hollow!
I'm considering getting the pumpkin king for my lost souls farms haunt this year since he would fit perfectly in the forest portion of the haunt.
Best of luck with your display this year!
Awesome 👍💯 great loved it keep up the good work in the future ahead
Thank you!
The Headless Horseman and Grim Reaper have some cool scenes...kind of disappointed in the Pumpkin King.
What would you have liked to see from the Pumpkin King?
@@ToilandTroublesDIY Something darker and scarier. I don't care for the little minions, the music, the revolving throne, and his roar.
I hear you. The Pumpkin King scenes are all pretty whimsical for the most part.
Thanks for the review 🙂
Any time!
Sweet!! Do you have any suggestion on how to put this above my house? I was thinking mic stands with sandbags to hold it in place?

Thanks for watching! Looking for more out the Pumpkin King seems to be a pretty common sentiment so far but I think the other two are really solid.

@@GTomFitzpatrick I think the Pumpkin King goes back all the way to 2021 via Home Depot 😂
