Good review, just taught me about the powertap button.... it is sensitive, thought mine was broken!🙃 Great for my needs, camping, fishing etc. great lighting options, easy to wear with a cap, beanie or naked.
Great review! Is it possible to power on to red light in the BD Spot-R without cycling through white light? I know it remembers last mode during power on but can you go directly to red light? On the Storm-R it can be done by holding mode button from powered off state
Hi. Thanks for watching. Yes. You can power on directly to the red light from being off regardless of the mode it was in by holding the mode button down for about 5 seconds.

It comes with a USB charger, but it's USB A not C.
Mine is not recharging 😢
