Joneng stainless steel sanitary SMS union processing

In this video, we show how the stainless steel union is processed.
Union is consist of four parts: weld male, weld liner,slotted nut and seal. All of these parts make a
leak-free Joint for sanitary purpose. Union has wide range available in various sizes and
dimensions. The main processing of the union is CNC machining. CNC guarantees the precise
dimension and shape within a minimum tolerance. After this step, we will put union into
acid-washing liquid to remove the bur and make passivation. Before shipment, we will measure
them and laser mark on them.
The union is widely used for food, milk, beer, water , beverage applications .
