If the edge of the 5x5x120 was in an angle of 45 instead of 90 of the both edges the 5x5 would lay flat on the 8x4 and you get sharper bending...now the edge of 5x5 makes a 45.. just like you did at the steel hinges you have to make the edge over 120cm length
Actually the edges of the angle 5 * 5 * 120 were drawn in the video by the software wrongly. In nature, the angles come as you said at 45 degrees ..We will be better in the next times. It is to be noted that it has been implemented in the workshop and a video will be uploaded to that in the coming days . And you will see a very sharp bending as in the video-thank you .

Yes you can .But the u channel has two angles that make it stronger .so as not to bend it self

Same mistake as all the other videos, clamp bar needs to be adjustable by sliding back from the edge if you want 90deg with thicker metal.
