- In this video I shared useful tips and trick to reduce laptop temperature and reduces the chances of motherboard dead issue , you can apply this technique on any brand laptop such as Lenovo LOQ , LENOVO LEGION , HP OMEN , HP VICTUS, ASUS ROG , ACER PREDATOR, MSI BRAVO ETC.
These methods can reduce laptop temperature and reduces chances of motherboard failure.
1. Avoid using laptop on bed or on any non flat surface.
2.Dont use laptop in too tight space , dont keep the laptop exhaust too near the wall
3.Use laptop on elevated surface , it helps to reduce laptop temps
4. You can undervolt the cpu to reduce temp without loosing performance.
5.Monitor cpu gpu ,ssd battery temps via hw info and msi afterburner
6.keep charger vertical to reduce charger overheating.
7.You can buy good cpu cooling pads.

bro i have lenevo legion slim 5 but the battery temps go above 36 after few mins when laptop is started and this happens even in ideal state even when using google can u tell me any tips and yes i use amazon basic 4fan cooling pad so why are my battery temps always above 36 and it even reaches 41-42 while gaming
This problem is with loq and lenovo slim models .. till 45-46 it’s fine but keep a watch if it’s exceed try to give rest to the laptop for 5-10 min..reduce charger that time

Loq performance better in performance but loq comes with 230w charger which is not sufficient to provide enough power.. you will see baattery drop even if charger is connected during gaming in custom power mode

Hey mate i got delivered the LOQ Ryzen 7 7840HS, RTX 4050 today itself (23rd June) from Flipkart, hoping how it would perform, i am too much worried about the talks going on in TH-cam about LOQs battery drain & MB dead issue, have you found any of the mates using the same variant that i bought, facing any issue. Please help I have 7 days refund/replace policy in my hand.

@@piyushmishra4607 I don't really know but as I have seen these Lenovo versions come with a 170w charger and a 60wh long battery, I think the tgp must be 90-95 based on Reviews, the pages don't show much about the tgp of the laptops.
@@saulgr.6019 there could be chance of battery drop in custom power mode but in performance mode it might not drop .. and mobo dead issues are usually are being reported in HX cpu models

Ye they use refurbished mobo ..if the second mobo dies ..push them for refund ..they have provided refund to some people who faced multiple mobo failure

At this point just go for r7 7840hs its not like we are compromising on performance but maybe a bit less sRGB(color monitor) but it doesn't matter to me

@@xploslost good at gaming tho and i use it for grafic designing so it work just fine although srgb is not great but good and without cooler or ac don't use it for gaming during day time cooling is not so great out of the box

Lenovo is at fault here. Nothing you do on your gaming laptop should kill it, no matter what happens. At worst it should immediate shutdown like it has been happening from decades now.
Yes ,true but lenovo is not doing anything even after providing so many proofs.. people who have already purchased loq intel models are continuously living in fear of mobo dead ....these methods can’t eliminate mobo dead but we can only try our part .. replacement mobo which lenovo is providing is also dying within days and weeks , few people reported me .. lenovo has gone to the all time low in terms on quality
