Epic awesomeness, you're back! I missed you vids :D How can turbo games be rare in the US? I thought that was the only market it actually sold some units. It was not in Europe at the time.
Thanks again! This was one of the games that came with my CD add-on & became an early favourite due to its multiplayer. Y'know for a system that only came one controller port stock, it actually has some great titles in that respect.
"Pang!" stole me something like a ton of money in the arcade... Great times! :D I wonder why in this version they gave a baseball cap to the second player, and the slides between levels are slitghly less "japanese" (you know, considering all those bright lines and random stars of the arcade version) :D Nice review, it's great to see that you're back! :D
Hey Chris! My 8 yr old son and I are still enjoying the pinball DVD's. We just watched them again the other day. Thanks again for making those. Looking forward to more videos of new machines in your collection, once you get it going again!
I had no idea this came out on the TG-16. I had the SNES version and its a very interesting, although very hard, game. Great review as always. Glad to see you again :)
I've always called this game "Pang" ... which I had on the Amiga, Super Nintendo, and I've always been a fan.... It's such a fun game. Thanks for a great review.
Long time no see. Thought something terrible had happened. (in a way it had since I hadn't had my turbo fix in a while) Glad to see you back Chris. Enjoyed it, great game.
Great review Chris. Strange game, kind of mixes puzzle, platformer and duck hunt style shooter all in one screen! Despite all that variety it still ain't really what I like, but all said it looks kinda quirky. As always your reviews are really humorours, excellently produced and highly informative.
I would have given it 4 out of 5 CDs, it's a great game with a lot of stages, and the later stages (ESPECIALY the last two) will really challenge your eye hand cordniation as they are some of the hardest "last stages" you will ever play (I vividly remember seeing someone pump at least 15-20 quarters into a Buster Brothers just to beat the last two stages; took just 3 or 4 to get UP to that point).
This game really busts my balls.... ...groan...lol. Seriously though, I agree that BB gets a little repetitive halfway through the game. All in all it's a fun romp. Thanks for the review! :)
@DrSage207 This game though was originally co-developed by Mitchell Corporation, who also produced later Pang sequels as well as "Puzz Loop". en(dot)wikipedia(dot)org/wiki/Mitchell_Corporation
@bytex666 It barely sold at all in the US, way below what Sega and Nintendo offered. As the PC Engine, it sold very well in Japan, outselling the Mega Drive.
I'm looking at doing a review of super pang (super buster bros) on the super nintendo, is this a good game to look up to see how it might compare to the arcade version? I missed out on the whole arcade crazy back in the day so although I poured hours into the snes version I never played the arcade version and I dont know about tracking down the arcade version for an emulator. Infat I'd rather avoid that route entirely.
Great review for a mediocre game. Only played the arcade, fun, but not lasting. Still I am always happy for a new review from you Chris - hope to see new reviews soon.
Epic awesomeness, you're back! I missed you vids :D

A true classic! Still own this game thankfully. Many happy memories with this one.... Totally nonsensical but this was when games were all about fun.

I loved this game in the arcades, never tried any of the home versions though. This one looks like a blast for sure!

Long time no see. Thought something terrible had happened. (in a way it had since I hadn't had my turbo fix in a while) Glad to see you back Chris. Enjoyed it, great game.
LOVE this game. My sis and I would play all the time. Great review!
:) Thanks for watching.
I knew it as Pang, didn't knew about second tittle. Great fun. Thanks for another great episode. Regards.
This was the first CD-Rom2 title that I ever owned. Nice little game even though I am not too fond of puzzlers other than the Bust a Move games.

Great to see you back brother!
Yaaay, Turbo Views is back! And just as awesome as ever! (:
Great review Chris. Strange game, kind of mixes puzzle, platformer and duck hunt style shooter all in one screen! Despite all that variety it still ain't really what I like, but all said it looks kinda quirky. As always your reviews are really humorours, excellently produced and highly informative.
Great to see you back! Awesome review.
Ahh, it's been a while. Glad you're back. :3
Woah, a new spida1a video? Sweet!
I remember my sisters playing some Webkinz knock-off of this game...
Glad to see you're up and running again!
@kreftmaker Thanks for watching!
By the way, great choice of game. I used to play the hell out of it at a friends house when i was a kid.
I love this franchise! My favorite one is Pang 3
@mounne13 Thanks for watching!
I loved this game, unfortunitly I played it for SNES not a Turbografix which looks a lot better than the SNES port. Great review.

beat this the other day. Nice little game to be honest. I don't think it gets stale at all. The challenge is good. I like it.
Yaaaaay, awesome to see a new review Chris!

awesome review ! great to see you again.
I played the SNES Buster brothers to death, love em!
Good work as always! By the way, who was playing with you in the 2 player footage?
haha, i like that little self deprecating humour with the "ironically, so will i" comment
Sweet, been waiting for some turboviews. =P

Looks unique and fun!
yey, more turbo reviews welcome back
Capcom knows how to piss off it's gamers just enough, don't they? And I do love Capcom games... I might give this one a whirl. Good job on the review!
The music for some reason reminds me of symphony of the night.
The turbo soldier is back!
I *Heart* Turbo Views. Great review.
This game really busts my balls....
...groan...lol.
Seriously though, I agree that BB gets a little repetitive halfway through the game. All in all it's a fun romp.
Thanks for the review! :)
Welcome back!
Lol! I try! Ernest is....the man. :)
I love this game.
1:57 that rolling snail is from megaman 2

Welcome Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome video Chris
WELCOME BACK!
Well done as always.
Looks damn fun !
ive seen this game a ton of times but in two different names.
(super) pang and bubble trouble.
@hermankatnip Same game, just an alternate name. Europeans are familiar with the Pang name, whereas Americans are familiar with Buster Bros.
This guy is narrating the Wikipedia description of the game word for word. I was wondering why it all sounded so familiar
there's a korean webcomic about popping spheres that do this same thing.
Wow, Bubble Struggle totally ripped this game off
@bytex666 It barely sold at all in the US, way below what Sega and Nintendo offered. As the PC Engine, it sold very well in Japan, outselling the Mega Drive.

Great series own a pc engine and turboduo
@deniskenn Ah, Capcom..... :)
@deniskenn Yeah I know. I only have 11 games for my Turbo :(
Ah this is the same game as Pang! I did not recognise the name.
Great review for a mediocre game. Only played the arcade, fun, but not lasting. Still I am always happy for a new review from you Chris - hope to see new reviews soon.
@mistertitanic theyre so hard to find it sucks. i rarely find one at the comic shop or flea market. seems expensive ebay is the best way
Where have you been?
they're not balls or bubbles, they're balloons
Oh, ya forgot Snow Bros. :P
This game is awesome Chris although 2 Bros. Pizza is not... bleh! You do get what you pay for with that crap they try to pass off as a cheese slice.
