I am a beginner and your tutorials have been most helpful! really clear instructions and I appreciate the fact that you explain exactly what each tool you use does! Thank you!
Is it possible to use illustrator to color select an image, and create a path for that specific color? Like If I were to take my existing logo and wanted to modify it, could I color select the white to create a path that I can modify?
he got the radius slightly on the inside as well and you can see it right when he enters the preview mode and before changing it from 10 px to 5 px. The problem that you have is that you probably have a bigger shape than the one he used, and to avoid that make the stroke 20 pt and resize it using shift and alt until you get approximately the same shape as his you can round the corners and the inside will get smoother starting from about 7 px (which means you can get only the outside line smooth at 5 px as he did in the video) Hope this helped even though it's quite late
god bless all your work!!
Really enjoyed this one, it helped us learn how to think about an object as simple shapes first and work backwards towards the final design.

why did you have to make a compound path, couldn't you just go for ''minus front''?
when I make unite the polygon and the line became a whole Black fill color
