Good to see you showcasing Nepali street food. Second food item (Barbeque meat) is quite popular at our places boardering Nepal . Buffalo meat is not popular , lamb is used instead. Serving with puffed rice is unique in this region (Nepal and boardering area of India).

...hey, that was fun, following you and Aleesa in Kathmandu and getting introduced to the local food :) somehow I notice how I feel more relaxed here, than e.g. in Colombo (my last stop-over within your travels - I'm zig-zagging through your vlogs), although as you show at the end, it was packed with people and motorcycles... I LOVE Nepal... thank you Syifa... its like meeting a friend over there in the streets xx

You missed *Chatamari Che* in Durbar square, it was just around the corner. If you are visiting to Patan *DON'T MISS* a small traditional newari eatery just next to Krishna mandir (get the roof top seat). PS: You two make a great team. Evening ride on a rickshaw around congested alleys of Asan and Thamel can be quite an experience as well.
I will try next time for my next visit. We had very short time filming for a lot of food due to our tight schedule as well. I have a specific Newari food video in the upcoming weeks, perhaps you will be excited for that one :) Rickshaw can be an experience in itself indeed but we took motorbike to ride back to where I stay in Patan.

The street food of KTM is tasty but the food hygiene is something that you have to look for. The sekuwa looks good but the way he is mixing the cooked meat and raw skewed meat can easily give gastroenteritis . The utensils used for serving and the water used is another matter .
