Sami Hamdi really is an extremely intelligent man Masha Allah! He’s made me rethink on a lot of issues, confirmed some of my suspicions on our Muslim leaders and empowered me as a Muslim, and a stay at home mom. I happen to be a person who struggles with the idea of not being able to help in a major way when it came to the Palestinian crisis. I now am encouraged to do my part by working hard on commentating on online posts, and creating pages that encourages peace in Palestine. I must confess and say that I don’t know too much about Middle eastern politics. But I know that the state of Israel is Out of control and the oppression that the Palestinian people suffer is wrong. I agree with you, watching young babies getting caught in this crossfire is beyond depressing. We badly need a pause at a minimum so that all civilians can be moved to safe zones. But I don't have any sympathy for Hamas. They anticipated every aspect of an Israeli retaliation. But they miscalculated the response of the Arab governments. If it wasn't for Sami's previous appearance on this podcast, I wouldn't have felt as compelled to take action and I might not have gone out to protest. His speech for me was extremely empowering. @@RAHMAN-qb5edhe spoke on this matter yesterday at my mosque and he said how years ago he was in a job (probably financial advisor job or something) where he had this offer to advise a alcohol company and than his manager said that he had to go to the meeting with the alcohol company but he said that he wouldn’t work with the company because it’s haram. However, he still attended the meeting to see what it was about. In the meeting they said that because of Erdogan that their sales are dropping 30% due to the fact that Erdogan made a law that alcohols can only be sold from 6 am to 10pm. And the company basically just wanted advise and was confused on if Erdogan would lose the next election. I agree I think what is going on is horrifying. But I'm shocked at how virtually all main stream media in the world is focusing on what is happening to the many many children in Gaza. The reason there are so many children is that countries like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Palestinians are irresponsible about not practicising adequate birth control and have far too many children that they can't afford to have including properly educate. They bring a lot of their problems on themselves. Hamas doesn't care how many Israeli or Palestinian children or adults die.

I'm Indonesian, and yesterday I watched a local podcast with Indonesian man as a guest, who lived in Gaza for 12 years, and married a Palestinian there. He was asked what's Palestinian in Gaza view of the world. He told the podcasters: one day he overheard two old men talking, saying that they (Palestinian) only have Allah as their protector in the first place, they have no one else, the other arab countries are just traitors. And now I watch this podcast, I can understand why they said that.

Similar was recorded by At-Tirmidhi and Ibn Jarir and they added in their narration that he said,
﴿ ٱلصَّمَدُ ﴾
(As-Samad) is One Who does not give birth, nor was He born, because there is nothing that is born except that it will die, and there is nothing that dies except that it leaves behind inheritance, and indeed Allah does not die and He does not leave behind any inheritance.
﴿ وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُ ۥ ڪُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ ﴾
(And there is none comparable to Him.) This means that there is none similar to Him, none equal to Him and there is nothing at all like Him.'' Ibn Abi Hatim also recorded it and At-Tirmidhi mentioned it as a Mursal narration. Then At-Tirmidhi said, "And this is the most correct.''

I must confess and say that I don’t know too much about Middle eastern politics. But I know that the state of Israel is Out of control and the oppression that the Palestinian people suffer is wrong. In the meeting they said that because of Erdogan that their sales are dropping 30% due to the fact that Erdogan made a law that alcohols can only be sold from 6 am to 10pm. And the company basically just wanted advise and was confused on if Erdogan would lose the next election. So, Sami was so confident that Erdogan would win the election and the next election he didn’t do anything with them

I agree I think what is going on is horrifying. But I'm shocked at how virtually all main stream media in the world is focusing on what is happening to the many many children in Gaza. The reason there are so many children is that countries like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Palestinians are irresponsible about not practicising adequate birth control and have far too many children that they can't afford to have including properly educate. They bring a lot of their problems on themselves. Hamas doesn't care how many Israeli or Palestinian children or adults die.
Gaza voted for Hamas to hold political power. They voted for bloodshed. Gaza city held a public screening of the October 7 attacks, while thousands gathered to cheer and celebrate. Did you know any of this?
Thx. I know they did. But I also sense that Gazans are terrified if they didn't. Hamas has a spy network in place to monitor most everyone, and get rid of any people who do not support them. I don't think this is a conspiracy theory. I'm not saying the Gazans haven't brought this on themselves. The people living in the West Bank have not lived great lives but theirs has been better than Gazans. Why? I've heard that In 1948 the top 10% of better educated/ more prosperous Palestinans left the area, the people in the West Bank today are better educated than the Gazans. The Gazans are largely what were the less educated villagers and nomads living in this area. Even though the situation is very sad, and our heart breaks for the oppressed. There is some benefit coming from this situation in Gaza:
1. Allah is separating those who believe and those who disbelieve. Clear lines are being drawn
2. The munafiqs are being exposed openly and Allah is separating them from the believers in a manner similar to what we will witness on the day of judgment when the hypocrites will not be able to perform sujood
3. Allah has united the ummah in its love for one another. Palestine is a rallying cause and the flag of the ummah. Nothing unites the ummah, both the practicing and non practicing Muslims as much as Palestine does
4. We've seen a lot of non Muslims standing up for Palestinian cause AND accepting Islam
5. The duplicity of the West and the hypocrisy they espouse is being displayed for the world to see

Hamas only want to use refugees to gain sympathy for a cause that the rest of the world will never support the destruction of the Jews. I'm Indonesian, and yesterday I watched a local podcast with Indonesian man as a guest, who lived in Gaza for 12 years, and married a Palestinian there. He was asked what's Palestinian in Gaza view of the world. He told the podcasters: one day he overheard two old men talking, saying that they (Palestinian) only have Allah as their protector in the first place, they have no one else, the other arab countries are just traitors.
And now I watch this podcast, I can understand why they said that.
