Thank you!
Mam my project get turbid, not transperant, wt to do for repair it?
I love the sphere with the shells, what size sphere is it? Hen you click on the link and go to Amazon, they had several sizes.
Hooolllleee Mooolleeeee!! This is soooooo COOL Miss Mona!!! I must have this mold/pendant!! And I LOVE how you finished it off with the bead cap and headpin....gorg!!! My head is spinning with ideas and I NEED to catch up with my CK videos!! I promise I will IM you real soon! luv ya, lynda a. xo p.s. did u make the mold?? Knowing U, I bet u did ;)
Hi Lynda! Nice to see you back!! Hope you are better. I did not make the mold. If found it on Amazon. I have it linked in the video description. I have been kicking around trying to make a sphere mold forever. I found one that was pretty reasonable and probably a whole lot less than if I were to try and get it right!!
I think these are very cool. Too bad the dandelion one didn't turn out, because that would've been cool. However, one thing that I really dislike about your videos is the music. I like to hear your instruction, but when the music comes on its always so much louder, which is very disturbing, not only to myself, but also quite often to sleeping babies, then I turn the volume down (though often too late because it had already woken up the babies), but then I miss a lot of what you're saying, and your instructions.
I'll try to equalize it, but I'm not the most tech-savvy person! I'm glad you liked the charms.
Looks like my nieces and sister (and myself) will be getting necklaces in the near future. You always have such neat videos. I can't wait to try this out. Now I have a good excuse to buy myself a dremel tool. I have been wanting to get one for quite some time but didn't really have a good reason to except that I like tools! My husband thinks I'm nuts! I'm the one with the tool box and the drill, and the tool kit from Craftsman. My Dad taught me to buy quality not quantity.
Hi Mona, another beaut idea.
I can find the tiny shells here in Australia, but the ones you used seemed to be coloured.
Are they like that when you buy them or did you colour them and if so how.
Happy Crafting.
Cheers
Rosie . x
Thank you Rosie! I bought them colored, I think they were from a craft store.
these look really cool I would like to get the mold and make a bunch of these for myself and maybe I would put them in a decorative all or something and sit in on a table or counter that would look cool
That would look cool. The mold is definitely a winner!
I have a customer who loves clear resin jewelry with dandelion seed inside. She likes things that aren't too big, colorful or obvious. After four years I think every piece will find it's right owner. I had stuff that didn't turn out as I wanted it and I thought it was ugly. At the very next fair a woman fell in love with it. I wish I could get my hands on those colored sea shells over here in Germany. The look great.
I love this mold!! Would love to see more :)
You will definitely see more!
This is a really random question, but How do you get glitter off your silicone coaster mold? I made my first coaster and used some glitter and it's super hard to get off and I don't want to scratch it off and make scratches in the silicone mold.
Great question! I use packing tape. It usually does the trick.
Mona! so pretty i am addicted to resin projects . I'm gonna try thanks.. I was thinking perhaps...just a thought as the resin starts to cure or get very sticky add the eye pin in then and attachment so u don't have to use the drill it will cure in. .. Just a thought it may or may not work..
Thanks Peggy! Try it and let me know. The eye pin would work. The bead cap would not be up against the sphere because the mold would leave a space between them.
Beautiful sphere! Just wondering: When you get a resin overflow, is possible to use a medicine syringe to extract it? Or will it mess up the resin?
I would think it would mess up the syringe. The overflow is easy to trim off after the fact. If you don't over fill it, like I did, you don't have to worry about much overflow either! :)

Really liked the shell one and loved the colors. I've done some with glitter as ornaments for Christmas. I'm now going to try some shell ones. Thank you for the great idea!
Thanks Rhonda! I didn't think about them as ornaments. I've made some with glitter and they are pretty and would be perfect as ornaments!
I know Superglue is great for binding but any amount of tugging can break the bond. Would it be better to attach the bead cap with a tiny bit of resin mixed up?
Maybe, but it might be hard to control. I've been using the Ultimate Glue too. So far, so good.
Very good your video and incredible work. Congratulations !! Beautiful!!
How cute 🌼🐚🌾💐 Mona, you are such a wonderfully creative artist 😺 Thanks!!
Thank you Kathleen!
Take the clear ball and put it into a bigger ball mold
Screw eye pins work better here I think. The link to the beads does not show colored shells. Or did you color them yourself and ai missed it?
Love it! What size mold did you use for the shell? So many sizes to close from. I'm in crafty trouble now, lol
Hi Susan - The link actually takes you directly to the right size. I think it was 26mm. The size is at the end of the title in parenthesis. Hope that helps.
Marble-making, here I come. Custom marbles - I love it.
Those molds are so fun! I have so many ideas!
So pretty! They would be so cute as earrings with weird bits in them for Halloween 😍
That would be fun Becky!
is that all the crafts u make is just coasters I would like to see new crafts u do any new ones are good
Hi Lynnet - You posted this comment on a non-coaster craft. On Mondays I do other crafts. On Fridays, it is Another Coaster Friday.
Cool. Last year I bought a vacuum pump and pot, the price was very reasonable, and used it on closed molds and large pieces. Something to consider in the future.
Thanks Steven. I've seen them and it has crossed my mind. Where did you pick it up? I'd have to discover some space for it. Is it easy to use?
This is the one I picked up. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013EIVYA4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I think the shell one turned out better, Mona. Neat job all around. I've never seen this before. TFS Hugs&
I think so too Tara! Thank you!
:-D
Hi Mona, The shell one turned out great, its fun having new things to experiment with, I think i'll have to put these moulds on my shopping list as Halloween and Christmas are not too far away now and they will make great hanging decorations with spiders in or tiny pumpkins made from clay or glitter or xmas charms . thank you for sharing :-)
Thanks Sharron! All great ideas! I've been looking for a tiny plastic spider to put there!
if you can not find them, then maybe you might be able to make some out of clay but saying that might be a bit fiddly oh! or jewellery wire in black or painted black :-)
It might be a little fiddly! :) I'll keep looking, otherwise I'll have to improvise. Great ideas Sharron!
Those are very cool! Can't wait to see what else you do with them!
Thank you Karen!
What matiral put it in mold plz?
How did I miss this? Super cool, Mona!
Very cool project. I can think of many uses.
Thanks Robin!
I can use the shells but I'm allergic to Dandelions
That is really neat. I love sphere molds and I have used Oomoo to make myself several sphere molds. :D - Heidi
Thanks Heidi! I haven't made any myself, but I have thought about it. I came across these and thought they were affordable and couldn't do it for less myself!
Mona I love these! Would you consider making one with small buttons and selling it to me?
Hi Laurie - I'll have to see what kind of buttons I have and give it a try.
Thanks Mona. I think the shell one is so adorable!
already stressing on my first day back at college....its my "last first day" and i was so happy to find a video to calm me down!!
Don't stress Meaghanne! You will do great and it's almost over!
These videos ARE calming... Mona's like the Bob Ross of resin!
I look forward to her videos every week
Mona, you are awesome, thanks for sharing. God bless you :)
Thank you Elizabeth!
:) love it! did you have trouble unmolding it?
Thanks Sam! I don't have trouble unmolding it because of the slit. I do put a rubber band on the bottom now to make sure it stays together. If I put one on top, it messes up the shape.
So pretty. Thanks for sharing.
that's a very cool mold. I like the shells and your use of the eye pin. thanks!
Thank you!
very nice! thanks for the video and the links!
Thank you!
I can't wait to see what else you do with those molds
Thanks Carla!
awww I luv ur video... keep them coming...
So cute cant wait to see what else you come up with 😊
Thanks Shannon!
I love that mold! You should make a pokeball with it!
Ahh! Fun idea! I'm not sure I can pull it off, but I just might try!!
+CraftKlatch It would be easy! Thin layer of the fast case resin to make the white then a tiny tiny layer it black resin then top it with red! Draw on the black circle! It would be a piece of cake for you Mona!
I love the seashells. Another mold i need to get.
Thanks Claudie. That mold is a must have!
good way to make Christmas ornaments!
That would be fun!

I use the Easy Cast. I have it linked in the video description, incase you want to see what kind.
I just wonder what that tall is called that you use to drill with thanks x
Yup! A Dremel.
Wow, that came out beautiful.

My resin get a lot bubbles :|
I find if I warm it up, it mixes better, with fewer bubbles.
I'd just stare at it all day!
It is interesting to look at.
