Love seeing how positive you are. I had a recent MRI and it’s found a tumour on my radial stylus bone with an old 4” fracture line. Having radical surgery on 13/3/18. Not sure if it’s benign or malignant but it aches terrible and the edges are not defined on the scans so not looking good. When I feel like I’m loosing it, you pop in my head Emily and it keeps my feeling positive.....thanks for that. You have no idea how your positivity is helping me. Love your vlogs......now get your arse into gear and pop that bloody question.....I love a nice wedding ❤️ xxxx
Hi ladies. Thank you for asking about me. I’m still recovering from my surgery. It’s been a long rehab but I’m hoping to be back to work mid August. I have been diagnosed with an osteoblastoma. It basically means as long as it stays dormant I’m ok but if I knock it and it becomes activated things will change. They don’t like to remove them unless they become aggressive because they are very vascular and bleed a lot. Other than that I’m remaining positive. Really touched by your concern and hope you are all well 💕💕

Heyy! I'm glad you've been enjoying your free time more and have been able to go to the gym again! Regarding the gym & working out, I have a question. So, I've been working out every other day and I have arthritis in my knees and lower back even though I'm only 27. I had to take prednisone for a few months about a year and a half ago for some lung issues that are now resolved, and my doctor thinks that the reason I may be experiencing more knee pain than I used to is because of the steroids I had to take. What would be your recommendations for exercises that would supplement/replace squats so that my knees don't hurt when I'm walking up or down the stairs in my house the next day? Should I not do any weight or weight-bearing exercises with my knees on the same day I do cardio? I do the bicycle for cardio. Elliptical hurts my back.

Even with good insurance, you are guaranteed to still pay thousands in deductibles and co-pays annually. Is it the same in the UK? Has having terminal cancer caused you to explore your spirituality more? I'm sure you have created a favorite playlist to work out to - what songs, artists are on it? You and Aisha need to do a girlfriend Q&A video. (That's really more of a comment than a question!) The "bill-anator" and "sab-anator" (don't know how to spell their names) seem like the greatest people. Wish I had in-laws that are so supportive.
