Helpful video man. I didn't have this one on my radar. My tricks from listening to a lot of rap is following the drum bounce instead of the melody. Listen to where the kicks and the snares hit. At least for rap beats you have a Kick normally hit on the one and the snare/clap on the 2nd beat. For trap You normally have a kick hit on the one and the snare/clap on the 3rd and 7th beat. Every beat is different but find your packet by listening to the beat and bounce of that drum pattern. Pay closer attention to the percussion/hihat pattern as well as you can find that pocket in the beat and place vocals easy like that as well. As rappers I feel like most including me follow the drum bounce more then the melody. The melody is the inspiring part.
depends on the delay type. you can adjust the feedback to where its only hitting the end of you can use a delay that has ducking and it wont activate until the end

I believe mumbling is the best tip fs,because I feel like counting and abcs definitely makes the flow limited,at least for me
