So I did an inside-out German chocolate with chocolate buttercream ruffles, ganache covered top layer and gold fondant flower & pearls. All your cakes are so lovely but I live in the caribbean so I can't use such soft buttercream it starts melting as I'm decorating. Makes it so hard to get it smooth since I need to make it a little more firm. But lovely lovely cakes. Will def try this one .

+bonna white it could be the recipe itself, Or the rising agent has gone off. The only other reason is that it's not fully cooked and so drops
