I bought the Dell Inspiron 15-3567 it have not even had it for 3 years and the HDD did not even have more than 300 GB stored on it. Yet while still busy paying off the payments the HDD disk is giving a 3E and your tech dept said i must have it replaced. In other words Dell is a shit product that does not even give you 3 years. I must now replace the laptop, be assured it will NOT be a dell product.
Okay so uhh after i did the first step it showed colors and it said "did the colors display" or somthing like that i said yes because it was then i went int the ePSA pre-boot system now its saying "WCMATS Test, 4 CPUs, 2907 MB I have a Dell latitude 3550 model year is 2008 or 2009 i forgot
My computer gives me the error"Your hard drive is operating outside of normal parameters and should be replaced. This system no longer carries a hardware warranty. ". What does it mean, does it mean that my data is lost?

IDK BUT U R THE BEST MY laptop was like a multi error like when i shutdown each time there is a different error but when i reset the bios settings its all good but i afraid it comes back becuz it happens to me once and i couldn't fix it i am (Latitude E5400) windows 10 pro non-activation
Hi Dell Support, In system information it shows primary hard disc as none. I followed your instructions and restored BIOS default settings. Then PC started automatically and shows hard drive not installed. Actually this problem started after I updated some driver using support assistant. Please provide solution.
Laptop was working okay, formatted it and now after windows had finished the installation at 100% I get this error saying my HDD is not working. When checked on Bios Configuration it recognizes it however I get the error all the time and the laptop does not starts. Got to love Dell. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this, please?

Go to bios... Sata ... Disable sata 0... Make secure boot off Save it n reboot.. Again go to bios and enable sata 0 now. It should boot now... If u are using both hdd and ssd m.2 u might b facing this issue.. if you will always shut down and power on this will not come... But if you do soft restart.. you will definately face this... Updating bios also do not help..
I have dell optiplex 9020 i am facing an issue from a week that it takes too long to boot i have cleared cmos battery and restore the bios to its default but it still is still the same moreover i have adata su650 ssd sometimes it works fine but sometimes it randomly gives an error that alert harddrive not found but when i turn it off and on two three times it works fine i dont know what to do please someone help me thank you
We are facing the issue with lattitude 3420 with noth nvme and sata hdd installed... When u do soft reboot ... It shows no booting devce...but if do shutdown and power on with power switch it boots normaly... We updated all drivers also latest bios still issue persist... Dell tech support is of no use... This is issue with many models of dell when u install both ssd m.2 plus sata hdd.

The initial problem is the hard drive when the hard drive is not working you cannot do anything. So, why are you explaining about download?

It means the hard drive is about to die, copy your data and replace the storage unit
