    Добрый день! Креативность, конечно, на высоте, но... Боюсь, что вы больше будете ремонтировать этот автомобиль, чем ездить на нём. И самое главное - никогда не крепите рулевые механизмы на сварку, это недопустимо!

    This is important.... Read carefully... In this project, there is a great need for structural reinforcements in the front suspension, because of the way this part of the chassis was manufactured, the cuts made in the bars to bend it , compromised its final structure. The parts to be reinforced are between the swingarms, in this place add a whole vertical bar (no cuts) welded from the bottom part (Bar) to the topmost part, after adding crossbars between the bottom bar to the middle bar, and from the middle to the top bar, forming a horizontal V ( ◀️), weld a support between the middle bar (where the upper swingarm supports are welded) to the added central reinforcement bar, this will distribute the forces applied on these three points (on these bars), instead of only applying force to the middle bar, thus preventing it from bending and breaking... The reinforcement of the middle bar where the swing arms are installed, even the central column is not for because of the force applied to the suspension, and yes because of the welded bar at the end of it (Bar not curved in a single piece (pipe)), compromising the structure of this bar of the upper swing arm... Another very necessary alteration that you will have to make the structural reinforcements, it is the shock absorber support arms, which are at a serious risk of breaking, add a cross bar between the shock absorber support bar to the middle bar of the chassis (where the upper swing arms are located) , this will avoid a great effort in these parts of the chassis, and their breakage, it is vital that their reinforcement be done, to avoid this big problems in the future (The breakage of these structures could cause the overturning)... The last reinforcement but not least , it would be to add a crosspiece (A lock) on the chassis between the upper bars that are attached to the shock absorber supports (from the right to the left side), this will prevent the chassis from twisting in the future (warping, bending, or twisting) ... These problems, if not corrected, could cause the "Mini Car" to overturn and cause serious accidents with serious injuries.

    The front part of the Oscillating Arms are the ones that run the most serious risk of failure... Mainly because of the welding on the intermediate tube and the half-cut arcs to be curved. The suspension forces applied at this point are the most vulnerable and subject to breakage due to the welding of this tube (It is not the only curved tube). The front arches will be the first to fail because of their compromised structure, they will not be able to absorb and distribute the forces applied at this point of the chassis.... Unfortunately in this case this curved structure is only for aesthetics (an ornament). on the chassis. It will cause serious problems in the future if these errors are not corrected. A way to avoid breakage at these points would be to add a Triangle in this front part of the intermediate tube, canceling the forces applied to the arches, a Straight Tube welded between the intermediate tubes on the left and right, and a reinforcement in V between these intermediate tubes to the lower front tube of the lower swingarm reinforcement, this would distribute the suspension forces more efficiently, and avoid the previously mentioned problems with the front arches. I know this is a Mini Car and not an ATV, but with a few upgrades it could become a low cost one. Learning in this case making your own mini Car is most important in this story. Good job, hope I helped in some way.

    This thing is awesome. Waaaaay over engineered which is a compliment.
    I feel like you could get more speed (while losing the reverse and gears ) and just go straight centrifugal clutch . But then again the gears is what kinda made the whole build more interesting

    • @varde450
      @varde450 ปีที่แล้ว

      For offroading you dount need speed. Šo gearbox is must have. At last 2 speed. One for mud driving one for more speedy driving. If it has 4 gears. Then its more fun and more effective. With just centrifūgal clutch you will burn that clutch in seconds when you drive in mudpit

    Interesting! I watched all in one go. Funny how it seemed as if you were building as you went along. No plan or drawings visible. Your gearbox is revolutionary! No clutch or gear oil needed it seems? I could not see any differential either, but at the actual speeds it is possibly not needed? Keep on giving us such good stuff! Thanks!

    • @Jarda_B
      @Jarda_B ปีที่แล้ว +1

      are you blind do you know what differential from ATV even looks like (Its the thing at the back and he even showed that it works how could you not see it open your eyes.
      And the quality of the frame is very poor and how he welded the bearings (they are no longer bearing because he ruined the balls inside by heating it by the welding )but he had a idea and if he did it with good quality it would be great and strong gokart

    • @donlorinsharp
      @donlorinsharp ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Jarda_B The way he did the weld, one spot at a time, prevented the balls from being damaged as well as the seals and the grease. You obviously know nothing about welding in real life. Of course he used parts from ATV's. You are letting jealousy make a fool out of you. Does it break? There is your answer.

    • @donlorinsharp
      @donlorinsharp ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I guess, like you said, at the lower speeds he figured lube wasn't needed. I think it would be fairly easy to add bosses for seals and then seal it up to hold fluid. The shifting mechanism would be the only difficult part but I'd bet he could figure that out too.

    • @Jarda_B
      @Jarda_B ปีที่แล้ว

      Are you dumb where you get that welding one spot at the time Will not damage the bearings, even welding one spot at the time Will make it very hot, And heating ruber
      and greese even to 60°C Will damage it, if He dissasembled it than it would be not as bad, but He didnt, heating greese Will make it Jelly consistency.
      Once i welded next to PVC pipe on the lowest settings on my TIG welder for less than second And it was still very hot even when i was pouring water on it after every spot weld, So I know what Iam talking about and I am building even go kart, that is better quality the most of them on youtube (toleration 1/2 of milimetre at the worst, very durable, but takes a lot of time ), something like Council House Creations, or Cars and Cameras, Rather be Welding and etc.
      I absolutely hate shity builded stuf this is good concept, but the real implementation is not that great
      BTW heating hardened steel Will make it weaker, but the Real problém Is the greese And the ruber, one more think such heating causes steel to expand, So if you weld bearing it Will make it lose.
