Guild Wars 2 Scrapper Build (God-tier for Open World)

Saw some stuff saying scrapper wasn't good for open world on this patch, but I strongly disagree with that. I think it's god-tier when played with the build I'm showcasing here.
Gear Stats: Full Celestial
Runes: Divinity
Relic: Chronomancer
Weapon: Hammer (Force + Accuracy Sigils)
Traits:
Exp - 2,3,3
FA - 3,3,3
Scrapper - 1,1,2
This build still works with only exotic equipment, so just gear it up the same way.

As a former engi main that has diverged into swapping between all classes. I would say that engi requires a specific mindset to play. Much like mesmer. Its not bad, its just not for everyone.

Scrapper will always be at the bottom of my engineer's junk pile.
The engineer is my favorite class. The RP is fun and i enjoy the gameplay.
