I think they were planning a future (vacation and all) and all she did was eat, gain weight, seal, etc…. When she was supposed to lose weight and change behavior to be able to walk and more. So IMO he called it quits and she can’t argue as she is way to sick to do anything now but try to heal and save her life. Of course he has to act sad but boy the truth is there to see! She still thinks she can turn it around, but she can’t/won’t without serious time consuming medical intervention. New arc!

I think they were supposed to go somewhere else but he couldn't get the papers needed to go and she needed to leave ASAP so she changed plans to go back to Thailand because she is familiar with it, she will have access to weed 🍃 and she knows she can manage on her own. 🤷🏻♀️
I also think she 200% had an 'accident' 💦💩 because otherwise, she would have waited to buy laundry (dish) soap on a later 711 run - food and bottled water would have been the priorities for the first trip (or two or three..) or she could have used the laundry service for the first batch of laundry and get some detergent later after sweating through a few outfits and pairs of undies to make an average load. 🙄🤷🏻♀️

Idk if ban was a good word to use but I still personally believe it is a good possibility dur the high risk of terrorist and war going on right now. 19:16 did a 7 hour hike yesterday. It was pretty hard. Had a few homemade cookies to snack on lol. Why on earth would you need multiple full meals to sit for 6 hours
(Normally I do eat more but I was racing against the rain so just little things to eat while hiking. Even then still not a full meal)
