I feel like Lei Fei doesn't get the recognition he deserve as a character, he's such as a special gem. Lei wasn't my main, but when I played with him, he felt unique, and not like the other characters, more people should main him.
This was a fantastic TAS. Those evades and lengthy combos were so good. I love Lei Fei in this game. Him and Akira were always the ones I played with. Oh seeya!

Even though I only played the console versions I still like it, plus the NTSC version has the added bonus of the 10th Anniversary de-make lol. VF5 kinda fell flat, even if it is better on a technical level, the personality of the game just became a bit sterile like.
The thing I love about these VF4 TAS vids is seeing Dural's Chrome Keister getting handed to her, now she can feel how we feel fighting against her! Also don't suppose you could do a TAS of Wolf, Vanessa and Sarah at some point? They're my mains.

Add me to the VF4 aesthetic appreciators' club. Everything in that game is dripping with style, class and talent. EVO and FT were better fighters, but they didn't have nearly the style Vanilla had.
Easily my favorite fighter, I remember learning the frames of this game inside and out and making it to High King as Akira in Kumite during childhood. Keep up the awesome TAS's for this series
Graphically of course not, but Netherrealm's animation work is stiff, unnatural and disgusting. Virtua Fighter is on whole another level in movement fluidity and realism
낙캣 콤보 자체로는 강한데 기술이 파고들면 엉성하고, 하다보면 그렇게까지 강한 캐릭터도 아니고, 점차적으로 버려지다 시피한 캐릭터다보니 버파 5에서 많은 상향이 이뤄졌죠. 이건 고우 도 그랬긴했지만 그래도 레이페이만의 자세활용이 굉장히 뚜렷하다보니 보다 많은 패턴이 이뤄지다보니 이런 낙캣 만큼은 강하다는 게 밝혀지니 아무도 엎어진 이후로 낙법 잘 안하죠. 😄
일단 약캐든 아니든 간에 활용 패턴이 넘쳐나면 이런 성능까지 확인할 필요가 없기는해요. 개인적으로 TAS플레이로도 재밌게 했어요. 저 옆 동네 철권의 쿠마 처럼 답답한 캐릭터는 진짜 TAS하는 거 자체가 무의미 하고, "이론상 사용이 가능한 패턴" 이 있어야 보는 맛이 있는 TAS를 하죠. 😄

Wait, Dural has a permanent 'invisibility" gimmick in this game? That's fucking cheap. There were points I could not see parts of her outline at all.

ㅋㅋㅋ저희 오락실엔 버파4가 인기없어서 매일 컴까기 했었는데 레이페이로 하면 꼭 1:06이 패턴으로 원코인 했죠...ㅋㅋㅋ난이도가 아무리 높아도 낙법은 꼬박꼬박 치는 cpu를 보면 웃음만 나오네요...ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
