It's not like trying to destroy a WHOLE planet and the life forms it's not savage or legit evil. He has tried to do that in many episodes before and after, and you get surprised when he lets a single human drown.
I showed this cartoon to my dad. he'd never seen it. I told him I watched this a lot when I was a kid. and he heard Optimus Prime and told me: He sounds just like John Wayne. I watched some John Wayne movies, and he's right. Peter Cullen was just doing an impression of John Wayne. and it works.
Are we sure Bumblebee got pulled over because of Spike's age? Dude's an awful driver, I've never seen someone come so close to causing a wreck by just getting onto the road.
How can an immobilizer affect a hologram? And why should Ironhide feel bad for being fooled by Hound’s holograms when the whole point of them is that they’re realistic enough to fool whoever sees them?
They should have had Ironhide be a chemical goop specialist instead of a weapons specialist in transformers 1. The introduction would have been hilarious.
Iron Hide at 11:38 says that he is "too old" for serving in battle but that's off-character beacouse Optimus also sounds like he was to old for battle with Peter Cullen's elderly voice.
Well, the pilot episodes ended with the nations of the world gifting energy and resources to the Autobots for their service saving them from the Decepticons. I would assume that they have regular supplies and funds sent to them to support the continuing war effort against the Decepticons. It’s an interesting contrast. Megatron and his Decepticons try to take what they want, and as a result, they HAVE to keep raiding power plants to maintain their war effort. Meanwhile, the Autobots get everything the Decepticons would want, as a reward for defending the planet.
So in the short amount of time in one day, Ironhide almost kills his friends firing at a hologram, leaves his post to attack Carly thinking she's a decepticon, and fails to stop starscream from getting the immobilizer. Megatron was legit evil for once. He just let a human drown. He was wrong, of course, but that was way more savage than normal.
It's not like trying to destroy a WHOLE planet and the life forms it's not savage or legit evil.
He has tried to do that in many episodes before and after, and you get surprised when he lets a single human drown.
Based Carly. Planted a bomb on the Decepticon base and reverted Wheeljack's invention.
20:52 "IMOBILIZERS MINE MINE!! 😭"
-Megatron
MINE
4:01 Bumblebee learned his lesson from this and commented on it near the beginning of “The Autobot Run” IIRC
I never realised Carly was older than Spike. I mean Spike isn’t old enough to drive but Carly is. That’s progressive
Starscream was actually more competent than Megatron in ways in this episode.
He's had more than his fair share of those moments.
13:24 Bumblebee drives off and then is suddenly listening to Prime??? 😂
Oops bad editing!
This episode was so funny. So much bumbling incompetence.
Especially at 10:24
@@TigerWing141 Yup, absolutely hilarious.
@@JMurdochNZ rust in peace!
It’s amazing how the Autobots constantly put Spike’s life in danger by bringing him along on their missions and fights against the Decepticons.
16:53 Megatron: The show is over. Back to work.
Damn, Megatron; that’s cold!
1:09 Oh great. Ironhide is off his meds again.
“You deserve that Megajerk! Rust in piece!” I swear these jokes will never age 😂
this brings a lot of memories in my childhood thank you so much Hasbro I even got a teary eye😢

“Not harder than my hydraulic-knuckles…………………I take that back”
- Brawn
The sadness in his voice even shows in text form
Love how bumblebee whispers to spike!🤣🤣🤣
6:48 Ratchet: Tries with all his strength to twist his head off. "He's frozen solid!"
Me: Wait, what were you expecting if he wasn't frozen solid?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂
Can we all appreciate just how awesome this show was.
Wow that intro was the best of all seasons
1st appearance of Carly, Spike's future wife
she was cute....for a cartoon lol
She's annoying and he's an idiot.
then they have a son called Daniel
Where's Daniel?
@@tomwalker389 This happen in 1985 when Spike was 16. We first meet his son in the Movie in 2005 when Daniel was 9. The math is obvious.
I liked that Jazz played jazz.
13:56 Soundwave, bro knows just about everything.🤣🤣🤣🙌
The Immobilizer's control pad looks a lot like Daniel's shuttle tracker in The Movie.
I love how ironhide is always saying it's all my fault
Starscream- We should vaporize those auto bot fools and fuse their carcasses into slag.
Not gonna lie. I thought that line was funny.
Megatron: **sneezes**
Starscream: now I am the leader of the deceptions!!
they just stand so casually in the middle of battle
these are the best transformers series from 1984-1987 i love to see, others than that not nice anymore
"run in to town and pick up a new polarizer"as if you could just pick one up at any given Home Depot or Best Buy....
Ironhide-"HEY ITS LASERBEAK!" (Shoots up the place) 😆
😂
Bumblebee is wingman of the century
How did Carly find where at the bottom of the sea was the Decepticon base just like that?
I don't know. it's a 80's cartoon stuff just happen and there's no logic to it.
Poor Carlie, this is as important as she gets.
Ever notice how Carly and Chip Chase have never been in a episode together?
And no, Scramble City doesn't count in American G1.
19:37 Let’s Go Jazz!!!!🎸🥁🎺🎵🎶🎼
So this was the episode that introduced Carly.... one brave woman...
10:28 Rust in peace! 😂
Carly sure is proactive
Sheesh how long were those jumper cables Spike had? I need a pair of those. 😂😂😂
Are we sure Bumblebee got pulled over because of Spike's age? Dude's an awful driver, I've never seen someone come so close to causing a wreck by just getting onto the road.
This episode reflected to what happened to me when I was 7 years of age
that cop's face when he pulls up next to bumblebee at 3:01 made me lose my shit lol
Carly was more interested in boning Bumblebee 😅
How can an immobilizer affect a hologram? And why should Ironhide feel bad for being fooled by Hound’s holograms when the whole point of them is that they’re realistic enough to fool whoever sees them?
thank you . hopefully we can get the rest of season two and three soon
3:51 This requires a Tom and Jerry scream
10:20 cant stop laughing at this :D
They should have had Ironhide be a chemical goop specialist instead of a weapons specialist in transformers 1. The introduction would have been hilarious.
God finally, Spike being useful for once...
Skyfire, only appeared for a few seconds w/no dialogue? It would of been great if he made more appearances.
they couldn't do more because of legal trouble with the toy and character
@@IAmNotHere000 Yeah. Harmony Gold sued Hasbro in 2013 for the Comic con exclusive, but was dismissed.
Harmony Gold sucks.
*There's a dislike on this video = somebody needs to get kicked*
1:08 "TAKE COVER!" 🤣 Ironhide! Why did you have to do that?!
Ironhide’s midlife crisis?!❤😂
16:09 - But he was headed for trouble. One of the fuel cars was leaking. Then, suddenly, it caught fire! “Oh, help!” cried James.
"a Deception never retreats"
Well that's a lie
Anyone else think Carly was a spy at first?
Iron Hide at 11:38 says that he is "too old" for serving in battle but that's off-character beacouse Optimus also sounds like he was to old for battle with Peter Cullen's elderly voice.
13:23 yellow car running away
13:26 yellow car did not run away
?
I am sure the one at base is supposed to be Cliffjumper
but the animators prefer adding Bumblebee to every scene
Next on Unsolved Mysteries - how do the Autobots fund replacement parts such as a new replacement polarizer?
Well, the pilot episodes ended with the nations of the world gifting energy and resources to the Autobots for their service saving them from the Decepticons. I would assume that they have regular supplies and funds sent to them to support the continuing war effort against the Decepticons.
It’s an interesting contrast. Megatron and his Decepticons try to take what they want, and as a result, they HAVE to keep raiding power plants to maintain their war effort. Meanwhile, the Autobots get everything the Decepticons would want, as a reward for defending the planet.
Robert Stack as Ultra Magnus hosting
Mega turkey😂 Good one Trailbreaker😂
8:47 did Sideswipe just called Starscream a b*tch?
I really hope Hasbro releases HD Beast Wars episodes too
Like, come one
There's already a guy who does 4k uploads of Beast Wars
@@HerohammerStudios What channel has the uploads? I've been meaning to rewatch beast wars for a while
@@chibiranmaruchan7209soundwave, “Check out my playlist: Beast Wars era.”
So in the short amount of time in one day, Ironhide almost kills his friends firing at a hologram, leaves his post to attack Carly thinking she's a decepticon, and fails to stop starscream from getting the immobilizer. But, those 1st 2 things were just instinct. I don't think Ironhide had the right to retire.
