- Clava Cairns is Bronze Age cemetery that is over 4,000 years old. Clava Cairns contains two passage tombs, a ring cairn and several standing stones and kerb cairns.
The burial chambers were cleared out long ago. Only one or two people would have been buried in each which suggests that they were very important people as it would have taken many people to build the cairns.
It is also believed that novelist Diana Gabaldon visited Clava Cairns and was inspired by the standing stones there. She used that inspiration to write the Outlander series books which spawned a TV Series. In the novel and TV Series, Claire Beauchamp Randall Fraser touched the stones and travelled back into 18th century Scotland.
Clava Cairns is open year round and there is no charge to visit. Test your luck and see if there is anything to this standing stone myth?

I believe this is part of the same line, but Harry Potter was shot at the Glenfinnan Viaduct.

I have a question. How come you're treating this like a horror site? The music does not fit the vibe at all. This is one of the chillest burial grounds I've ever visited. Y'all are dramatic lol
Wasn’t trying to make it a horror video, but just have fun with the Supernatural Element that has been associated with these type of sites that shows like Outlander have created. No disrespect intended. It is a very chill and quiet place to visit.
