Hi Jim, thank you for posting this excellent video! I'm curious about the camera performance in the dark as I understand it does not include IR. Is it good with the night filter? If you can post a video showing it during night, it would be appreciated. Thanks!
Not seeing any 30m USB-C cables from Ubiquiti on their store. Are they advertising the possibility of running cable 30m but just not selling the extended length cables?
Nobody has posted a video of one of these flush mounted into a wall. I think because it makes no sense. Where would the box go? In the wall? Cut a hole to get to it? Sort of defeats all arguments of "small hole" and "discrete".
A proprietary cable when even Apple has succumbed to supporting usb-c now, no thanks They could have at least used rj45 even if it made the camera end slightly larger so you could run the cabling all the way back to the network rack for a secured system The concept seems good, but too many limited aspects, no ir being the biggest limitation.
I have the AI 360. And i think it's shit. Quality is so bad. I have it outside which this cannot be mounted outside. I think for inside use, this for image quality will be vastly better. 12mp vs a 5mp camera should make a big difference. Honeslty dont know why the AI 360 doesnt have the 12mp camera in it, its $400 afterall.

Night performance is none existent, it does not have an IR filter and needs a well lit area

No IR…. What’s the point
Can you turn off the light?

i wonder if they'll release a IR lens

True. It will be a very niche camera.
Enjoy the content, thanks

Yeah, the 360 is poo alright. Might as well be looking through a 2003 CCTV camera via coax
