What an awesome adventure and experience for the kiddos. Another awesome place to visit is Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky. It's another beautiful and mystical place.
Absolutely Gorgeous! That was a lot of steps to climb up and down. The waterfalls were beautiful. We live about 5 minutes' drive away from Little Buffalo State Park. It has a man-made lake where people can fish and canoe, rowboat or paddle boat. You can rent paddle boats and rowboats at the park. They have a really nice swimming pool that is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. There are lots of picnic tables, some with small grills, to sit and enjoy our food. There is a covered bridge and an old water mill there also. There are plenty of trails to follow. There is a playground and a stage area where they host different educational and local events. At Christmas time they put up lots and lots of lights along some of the trails and you can do an evening walk that leads the kids to Santa. There is also a small tavern/bar that was used during the war (I believe it may have been the Civil War). It has been preserved, not used as a bar anymore. It isn't open very often for people to tour it, so I have never been inside it.
What a beautiful place! Animal House was filmed in Eugene, Oregon when i was a teen just starting high school there. A friends fellow bandmate at Churchill High was the guy that really got his trombone all bent out of shape by running into the wall!
Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Michigan is a breathtakingly beautiful place to visit as well. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Michigan is another awesome place. The kids would enjoy climbing up and down the dunes. I did that as a kid many times growing up in Michigan.
Oh my god, it is beautiful there. I have not been there for years. And that movie Burt Reynolds was in it. And let me tell you, that was one heck of a movie. I could never make those steps now with my heart condition. Thank you so much. for taking us so I could see the beauty again. Have a safe travel.
Deliverance is one of my favourite films. This is such a beautiful video, enjoying watching, wish I could have been with you and your family. You always make such entertaining videos and I have never been disappointed with your uploads. Keep Safe, keep happy, keep enjoying life.( Jealous )🙈🙉🙊👍👍👍👍👍💕
The Honey is the same way and she did a fantastic job! As hard as it looks, it's not so bad. Every platform has a bench or two just about, so it might take a little longer for some, but they are very accommodating 😁
you need to take a trip to Letchworth state park in upstate ny. probably the best water falls in us. check it out on line then make the trip.... you will not be dissapointed some of the largest falls in us.. .
So the other night I was walking in the house with the dog and saw a giant snail, he was looking out, and I thought of Evelyn, I said she would love that snail. And the villiages put in new trails with the rubber tires
Give me your favorite local spot because we are starting a list!😍
You gonna go live again
Throw a dart at Oregon, and you'll find something!
I'm partial to the coast and Cape Perpetua, though.
