But when i only choose one variant of the product i sync to my store, then there is no reason for it to be a variable Product in my store, when it is only one variation it should be a simple Product in my store, but when i change to simple Product in Wordpress, then the sync gets deranged. What solution do you have.

You'll receive the money a few days later from Shopify via Shopify payments. So you can have some money ready to fulfil orders OR you can just say orders will be processed after a few days

Hostinger is a hosting provider to build WordPress sites, so you can use both. I'm not too sure what you mean by using eBay?
Though cjdropshipping have drop shipping option for India but not is single product listed
