This all helped. I hate that win 11 ties everything into system. I had to put everything on balanced and still have to use afterburner to get the fans to run properly, i dont overclock. Amd ryzen 9, radon ....something
Just apply PTM7950 on the CPU and GPU, on the power section, vrams give thermal putty Upsiren UX Pro, clean the heatsinks and fans. Do undervolting on the CPU and GPU at -100mV or more if it will be stable. It is also good to disable or reduce the frequency of the CPU in turbo boost, because for most games high clocking is unnecessary. And finally give a cooling pad such as IETS GT500. It will be more fps, quieter, cooler and less power will be drawn.
Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend leaving the scan to continue for as long as it needs to to complete the process sometimes it can take hours.
Hi there, thank you for your question! If you don't see "Additional power settings" in Windows 11, try accessing it through the Control Panel by pressing Win + R, typing control, and navigating to Hardware and Sound > Power Options.
I updated after not turning my pc on for like 6 month after updating everything. It says my cpu is overheating and this new windows 11 security chip that is now needed. Idk what it's called. But I haven't touched this pc or the eternal parts so idk what is going on it's a brand new pre built pc. I've cleaned it. And I'm not sure what the issue is ever since I updated it now all the sudden has all these issues.
Hi there, thank you for your question!. Since you've mentioned that you've already cleaned the PC, make sure that all fans are working properly and that there's proper airflow within the case. You might also want to consider reapplying thermal paste between the CPU and the heatsink to ensure effective heat transfer.Windows 11 introduced TPM 2.0 for security, but your hardware might not support it; check BIOS settings and see if you can enable. If you can't you will need to stay on windows 10. Given that your PC was not used for six months and has undergone an update, there could be other underlying issues that have surfaced. It's possible that the update itself caused conflicts with drivers or software. You might want to consider rolling back the update to see if the issues persist. Additionally, if the PC is a pre-built model, it might be worthwhile to contact the manufacturer's support for assistance, especially if the issues are persisting.
@RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware when I bought the pre-built pc like a year ago from ibuypower everything was good and I ended up moving and I haven't turned it on since the move until just the other day. The computer arrived with windows 11 already installed onto it. The specs are ryzen 5 5600x and rtx 3060ti eagle. And it came with a single aio cooler fan but there's been some really hot 110°f days and it was sitting in the heat but inside when I didn't have ac hooked up in the house at the time. My guess is the heat caused the thermal paste to dry up and I believe it's been about a year and a half since I bought it but it was sitting for 6 months. But when I used it last I was playing new world and it worked perfectly fine playing in 1440p 60fps no overheating or anything and then I turned it on a couple days ago and once the computer was starting to download a couple updates the fans were kicking on really high and I just kept getting a pop up from bios saying cpu is to hot. But the gpu temp and the temp in the case was normal gpu showed it was 39c but I don't know the temp of the cpu. Also all the fans were working I'm thinking I may have to get new thermal paste and a better aio cooler preferably a dual fan aio cooler because the single fan ibuypower brand ones I've heard have issues with other people's who have bought similar pre-built from ibuypower
Power setting was already set at 95, i just moved it 90%... my PC just out of nowhere the fans start going crazy and my monitors all go black, the PC stays on ETC but i gotta turn off the power or press the start button for it to turn off... Had this problem for so long, anyone got help ... I Have a great gaming PC so it is very strange to have this problem...
Hi there, thank you for your question! I recommend monitoring your GPU and CPU temp to see which is causing the overhearting. If it is your CPU I would recommend replacing the thermal compound on it. When do the fans start to ramp up?
@ thank tou for your reply! The fans ramp up when the computer freezes or all the monitors turn black… but it’s at random no specifications… also bought the pc like 5/6 years ago never added the thermal paste again after that, if you have a video on how to i will add some ! Thank you
This worked brilliantly! My fan is no longer overworking and my computer is not overheating anymore. thanks so much :)
Thanks dude! it actually worked! I was panicking cuz I thought my computer was gonna blow up or somethin
Adjusting from the power setting fixed my fan making so much noice .. thanks 😊
Thank you ...That was very helpful.

@ Yes it did it just took a long time :)

What a nerd, suggesting reinstalling windows. I have never thought such a bright idea
I bet you have really low self-esteem.
