Hi Jim. Iv struggled with my first square diamond painting. Your Chanel helped as I was trying so hard to stay straight and no gaps. I will try again tomorrow. Happy times. Thanks jo-anne
Hi Jo-Anne, there are always gaps with square drills. No matter which company you buy from. Just concentrate on placing the drills inside the marked box. Once you switch the light pad off and step back, the gaps will disappear. Just remember, round drills have bigger gaps but they look fine from a normal viewing distance. 🙂 The checkerboard technique definitely helps to keep things straight. 🙂 Thanks for watching! ☺️

Hi Sharon, congratulations on finishing your very first diamond painting! I hope this video gave you some good tips on working with square drills. I’ll do a follow up video when I reach half way. Thanks for watching and Happy New Year to you and your husband! 🙂
Hi Vickie, like most things the more you practice the easier it gets but I hope I’ve given some people the confidence to give square drills a try. 🙂 Thanks for watching! 😊
Hi Sandra, after 3 weeks my voice is finally getting back to normal. So more videos will start appearing soon. When the videos are first uploaded comments are disabled until the video has been verified. It can take a few hours before this happens. Thanks for watching! 😊
You can find double sided silicone release paper on Amazon or if you buy a new kit from Diamond Art Club the clear cover sheet is perforated in 10cm x 10cm squares, so you just tear out a section at a time as you go. 🙂 Thanks for watching! ☺️

Doing my first square when I tried to multiplaced it was not pretty lol! Thank you for showing the zigzag pattern this helps
I’ve never tried to use multiplacers.
Diamond painting is a relaxation for me, so I’m not in a hurry to finish them.

I enjoyed seeing a new video. Does that mean you are feeling better? Comments were not available when I watched this earlier today.
