Pray for those people and things that touch your heart the most, but remember, your prayers will be infinitely more effective if you don’t forget to pray for your enemies. There is more joy in heaven over one repentant sinner than a multitude of virtuous.... Thank you Father for directing us to more prayer. Happy Lent 😊🙏
Commend yourself to the Holy Spirit, Archangel St. Michael, your guardian Angel, your Patron Saints and to Mary and Jesus, before praying the rosary. That helps with the distractions 😊. If you can prepare your surroundings and pray with your eyes closed, that helps too.
I agree with you that god wants us all to live in peace...and yes I feel terrible about the situation in Ukraine and they way they have had to bury their dead..does it ring a bell....and I do believe it's even more disgusting than we realize....fiona.
The hope I find is the abundant outrage by most of the world. Sometimes right vs. wrong can seem muddied but, not in this case. A Ukrainian said Putin treats his own soldiers like they're trash to be thrown away and he feels that we are also trash. That is soooo opposite of what God feels about all of us. I believe people's outrage and movement to prayer is a reaffirmation of how God feels about us and his desire for our hearts to join his in a unified condemnation and struggle against those so opposed to His desire to elevate all of us as His valued children.
I have been carefully trying to post a comment but each time it gets blotted out...thankfulness in anticipation sounds like it's for me...something I would never have thought of even though I have had some moments of unexpected Peace and Joy arrive , which I am thankful for, in these difficult days...I am praying almost all day every day and at times in the night and I know God wants Peace but we cant dictate the pace and I am not the best at waiting so thanking Him is 100 per cent for me.Thank you Father.
Patterns of societies, cycle of nations, as Solomon said anything that's happening has happened before , Babylon repeating itself and it will all fall again, whether the Father decides to let it recycle again only He knows....but it will fall again so we should always be ready as a servant waiting on his master to get home because we don't know the hour Suffer hardships with us as a good solider of Yeshua Messiah, anyone serving as soliders should not be involved with the affairs of this life in order to please only Him who enlisted him
