AZRAEL VS CATO SICARIUS - WHO IS THE BETTER DUELIST?

Just a fictional duel that crossed my mind:
Supreme Grandmaster Of Dark Angels Azrael, the Keeper of the Truth
VS
Cato Sicarius , Commander of the Victrix Honour Guard, Master of the Watch, Knight Champion of Macragge, Grand Duke of Talassar and High Suzerain of Ultramar (damn this guy has titles!!)
Equipped with their unique power armor but armed only with standard power sword ( Sword of Secrets and Talassarian Tempest Blade are reserved for the enemies of the Imperium )
What's your opinion?
P.S. Azrael will revert to lead Dark Angels in battle, he's one of my favorite Chapter Masters.

Enjoyed this vid though mate ...the actual duel between the two would be mental ..Azrael being able to take on the kharn would make him a contender against catio
