With the news of the long-awaited remaster of this game, I'm finally working on finishing this soundtrack upload, lol. I wanted to do this soundtrack in a "game rip" style instead of just doing the OST with confusing names, but the big issue was it all being unlabeled and trying to figure out where each one plays, apart from the obvious ones. Apologies for leaving it unfinished for almost a decade at this point, but hopefully look forward to more Xenoblade X music uploads by the time the remaster releases!
SerasAtomsk This was me and my sisters. I would play this game in the family room and the way my house is built you can hear everything from anywhere so they were making fun of the song and said it was terrible. I agreed with them. Then I kept playing it and we were all singing along.
@Harold McCarty Astral Chain? Hm. Well, I had a good time with it, but it was sort of a mixture of 'like this other game, but not as good,' where enough of the ingredients were there to satisfy me, but I can see why others might not. If you're looking for the polished combat of a Character Action/Platinum game, maybe keep on looking, and likewise the nuanced character beats of something like Nier Automata or the music of a recent Xeno game, but if you don't mind a watered down mix of them, then Astral Chain could be worth your money.
This is like fine wine, if you hate it, chances are you haven’t listened to it 500+ times... It’s a completely religion, they put so much work I to this ost that it looks like dirt while simultaneously being made out of the purest diamond. It’s a masterpiece, rivaling nature’s beauty of creation
Beautiful comment my friend, wow. I couldn't wholeheartedly agree more. Man, this is just an unbelievable nostalgia overload. I miss the simpler days playing this game; good times man, good times.
I played this game solidly for weeks to the point where I heard this song permanently for weeks after I finished it... Now I'm back to hear it again. This song is infectious.
On one hand I'm so happy this game is getting remade so that modern audiences can play it, and I can replay it myself after not having done so since launch... But seeing nothing but all of my fellow losers who owned a Wii U like I did down here celebrating in the comments section, who love the game just as much as I do, does make me happy.

I just started playing this game again on Cemu after all these years. Got this song stuck in my head. Man I love this game. One of the best games of all time.
The even simpler fact that they clearly continued playing the game, doing whatever they wanted. Progression or not. Alot of extra time, playing the game.

Its wierd cuz I'm not one who's into rock at all, in the slightest, but this shit was so catchy id just hum along for hours in NLA doing nothing back in the day. I especially enjoy the lack of lyrics to help balance out the parts with the stringed instruments
I hope the bring this game to switch. I sold my clunky WiiU because it was taking up too much space and just sitting there. I miss this game though. This and the City Night Soundtrack were such a refreshing track to listen to.
Freekin hated this song when I first started the game, but it most certainly grew on me-can’t say the same for the New L.A. Night Theme… still hate that one to this day… Honestly for both, I get the feeling they had a computer listen to thousands of hours of “American” music of all genres and then had it spit out the New L.A. themes… welp, at least one of em was a banger.
This song perfectly invokes the mental image of some Blade soldiers with a day off driving around town in their skell on a hot day and blasting this over the radio.

André Fiori pretty much the case for all of this game’s American soundtrack
I forgot it for like 2 years but thank god i found it again

That deedeedeedeedeedledee just hits different

It's time to forcefully fall in love this song again!!! 🗣️
Here we go again!
I've loved the entire ost for xeno x so far i don't know why people are complaining so much.
"Lyrics bad" I suppose
Who's complaining i can't find any comments
When Xenoblade went the P3 route music-wise.
NLA is one of my favorite video game cities thanks to its design and setting.
I can’t believe we’re back
Theme of “where the heck are my party members”.
Oddly good after hearing it multiple times.
My brothers and sisters, we bout to be listening to this in our sleep again
Sawano you madman
WE'RE GOING BACK TO NEW L.A. XENOBROS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The sample of at around 1:45 "can't hear you, can't see you" is also found in the Theme of Metropolis Speedway from Sonic Free Riders.
LETS GOOOO
WE ARE SO BACK
The "i cant see you, i cant hear you" is literally from sonic free riders metropolitan speedway or something like that

It's actually a free sample from the Apple Loops Library called "Devon Lyric 6"

It grew on me after my 400+ hours.
If you're putting 400 hours into this game you're doing it wrong.
>Because theyre obviously enjoying the game
