Hahahaha. I’m contemplating doing a video about that if I can fit it in between the other content. Thanks for watching.

So close to being a driver. Setting doors is such a pain. I did the passenger door on my wagon, wasn't fun, so I've been putting off the drivers door ever since. Maybe one day!

Yeah it’s a pain but stick with it, just think. If you get it one you’re one big annoying step closer to driving your project. Thanks for watching.

Having 2 people helps but you can do it on your own .

For sure. I could have used a second set of hands since I’m certainly no pro at this hahah.

Always shove wedges under the door !! With all of the hinge bolts slightley loose close the door and use wood wedges to set the gaps !! Then lock thr hinges down and you are done in purdy much one time !!

Always great to see the Nova and your real-world struggles. On a related note, I’m almost ready to pull the trigger on the CPP front end, but I’m thinking I’ll go with the Wilwood brake kit. Any words of wisdom on the subject? I’m not sure if the Vette hubs/brakes are supposed to be better, but I’m guessing the CPP kit has the cheapest parts they can find and I’m hoping that if I at least go with the Wilwood I’m ahead of that game.

Awesome, glad to hear you’re making headway on the project. This kit is a big move in the right direction. I went with the wilwood setup with the 2 piece rotor and the hubs. I believe it was a 4 piston caliper too. I’m really happy with it. Despite being part of a cheaper style kit like Cpp the brakes felt and look like real quality I would definitely suggest springing the extra money for he better stuff. Thanks for watching as always.

I use paint sticks in the gaps .

I actually bought paint sticks for that exact reason. Of course like everything else, I misplaced them. Thanks for watching.

Still learning the body aspect of hot rodding. I don’t do as much body work as I do the mechanical stuff. Thank you for the advice.
