This isnt the only reason why I watch you because there are multiple reasons but the main reason is because you explain things most anglers dont and you make sure your audience knows everything that you know and I'm the same way that's why I like u so much keep it up landshark
Wahoo is by far the best eating fish in the water in my opinion. I spent a lifetime offshore and have eaten all of them. There is Wahoo and grouper and then there is everything else
This video has pretty much everything. Fishing, catch, clean, cook, rigging. Your explanations and suggestions are spot on. Especially about the tip to leave the boat in gear with a wahoo hooked up.!! Thanks for sharing.
The preparation of the meals in this video is one of the neatest I’ve even seen on TH-cam. This channel has surely earned my subscription, like and share.
Whenever cutting your flash seared fish, try not to cut in a sawing motion! It will make your fish fall apart more. Try to cut it in 1-2 long and swift cuts! Keep the cooking videos coming, they’re my faves.
Wahoo is by far the best eating fish in the water in my opinion. I spent a lifetime offshore and have eaten all of them. There is Wahoo and grouper and then there is everything else
Victor!!! That wahoo stir fry looked off the chain . Rice would have been a great choice with that dish. Missed Brookie on a rod and reel cause that woman knows how to fish.
What Tiger King? I'm doing a Landshark/BrookCrist quarantine marathon. I have to give you a ton of respect on all the Asian inspired dishes. You've done a lot! I just have 2 recommendations for the future. Crispy Whole Fried Sea Bass, and DouBan Yu or Fermented broad bean paste fish. Buy some Dou Ban Jiang and bring it over to Szechuan!
@@LandsharkOutdoors Definitely will try this! I love wahoo! Here in the Caribbean we usually just grill it with lime, oil, salt and pepper. Maybe one time you could do a Caribbean jerk style recipe or stewed curry fish? Think those would go well with a firmer fish like wahoo. There is also a nice style Lebanese whole fish recipe with cilantro and spices that is baked in the oven.

21:40... Damn I do the same thing, look up 20 different recipes for one same dish & pick out the best combinations, thought i was only one... ive worked in few different restaurants in my life with over 7 years constant cooking(4 at buffet) & i can say one thing to anyone who wants to learn to cook,,, experience is KEY!... never give up, learn from mistakes, practice practice practice,,, i like cooking food for people to see there expression when they eat it, it just blows there mind hahaha,
Aloha, and first of all “yay “, you got grinders! And your right. In Hawaii, wahoo is called ono. It is also synonymous with delicious. The key is not to over cook it.
Need to make a cook book or just keep it up with these tutorial vids. Probably easier. Haha. Cause man that looked nd sounded delish. One day soon I'm a use this video like a how to for myself. Ur ideas r spot on it looks like. Keep up the innovation. Nobody else has done anything like this with fish that I've seen yet. Genius.
Nice fish! I fish out of Hillsboro and I troll all morning and don’t catch....I use a similar setup to you with 2 planners and 2 other top lines. I feel like it’s the spot where I troll because I got everything else down I normally fish in 120-250 ft of water. Any advice? Thanks
I think you need to put some river fish in here as well and go to other places where there is a sea of fish to show other fish species ... you are the best!👍😊
Bro, you really need to try grilling the fish collars, aka throat. Wahoo, tuna, false albi's, and even snapper, make excellent appetizers when grilled. It is some of the best meat on the fish.
Second try Victor You're fishing Videos are coo,l You're cleaning videos are righ,t You're cooking videos are awesome! I've got to try that recipe with either red fish or groover I like what You all are doing! Oh by the way, Thank you.
when you overcook your fish as he did in this video,(done it plenty myself!), it's not always the sharp knife that wins! Go to a long serrated bread knife and use long strokes when cutting! It's gotten me out of many meat and fish jams!
That looks delicious!!! Bro, your filet skills are getting top notch too! Now we gotta work on them chop stick skills 😂 If you need an Asian who likes to fish and cook and lives in Florida to help you out, let me know 😉
Like I said before you come up with some unique recipes Wahoo compow dish looks amazing! I think your appetizer when you are slicing it I believe your knife just wasn't sharp enough needed to be sharpened

The mystery fish in the wahoo's belly looks like it might be a juvenile billfish. the over-sized eye suggests marlin or sword.
Good guess, could very well be!
Y'all have stepped up your game on this one! I am drooling on my keyboard. Well done!
Thank you Chris, always learning and trying to get better
I think that was the best recipe I've seen performed on TH-cam! Awesome guys, I can't wait to try it!!

U an brook. Make a great tram u both csn really fish. U make some the. Best vidios plus u are a great cook
Would you mind sharing how deep and what speed you’re trolling at for different catches?
Based on the spine and small mouth, the thing in the belly was definitely a file fish (Not some kind of billfish).
best fishing and nice strike on
Hell yea man nice hoo on elliot's baits strips ,cool cool cool
Another awesome video victor
Hey watching your old vids what reels do you guys use for wahoo trolling
when you overcook your fish as he did in this video,(done it plenty myself!), it's not always the sharp knife that wins! Go to a long serrated bread knife and use long strokes when cutting! It's gotten me out of many meat and fish jams!
Should cook the fish cubes with the skin on . That way they don't fall apart as they will stick to the skin.
you should try handline fishing u just need some nylon and some hooks you should try it
I once caught 4 fish using a fruit roll up wrapper and a 2 hooks and string I found
That looks delicious!!!
Bro, your filet skills are getting top notch too! Now we gotta work on them chop stick skills 😂
If you need an Asian who likes to fish and cook and lives in Florida to help you out, let me know 😉
Hahaha thanks I will work on those
Victor you are correct
If you haven't already you should do a Bonita catch and cook
Got several 50w ready for this years LBSF.. Which month are you going to start?
