Leandros is both a very zealous Ultramarine that would defend the codex Astartes to the death, and he also kinda has gone against one of the only actually non-bendable rules of the codex: “if you suspect a brother is falling to chaos talk about it with either the chapter master or a chaplain” he, instead, sold Titus (a capitan that actually used the codex as Guilliman intended (not holy scripture containing a series of unbendable rules but a book with a lot of suggestions that can be disregarded if the situation require it) and a damn fine space marine) to the inquisition. This is easily enough for Calgar to force Leandros to become a chaplain and having drilled in his head how much he screwed up.

The game is a 6/10 and im saying this as a huge 40k fan its boring and super repetitive the PvP and PvE are so lame and the lack of content is astounding. I paid 100bucks for this shit. Just to be bored after 28hours do not buy this game unless you wanna rinse and repeat the same 3 missions forever.

When Leandros quotes the codex astartes ESPECIALLY the stuff regarding fighting Chaos, and how no one can fight it directly without being tainted THOSE ARE GULLIMAN'S WORD. In the context of the Ultramarines prior to Gulliman's return (and him possibly rethinking a lot of the rules he wrote) Leandros followed the 'law' to the letter. Titus even states in the game that it was HIS failure that he couldn't alleviate Leandros's suspicions. The only 'crime' I see Leandros doing is reproting titus to the Inquisition directly instead of his chaplain and even THAT has some understanding. They just blew up a inquisition black project on Graia, if the inquisition looked into this (and they COULD as they are ABOVE space marines in hierarchy) and found out what happened, that someone got that close to chaos unscathed, they would have accused the Ultramarines of Heresey. The inquisitors have assassinated chapter masters for SPEAKING OUT AGAINST THEM (celestial lions much?) what do you think they would have done if what happened on Graia was handled just internally by the Ultramarines? I think there's enough reason for Leandros to not deserve a PORTION of the hate he gets.

However, his ranking has resulted he's no longer able to go out to combat or issue commands (which results a real demoted, because it's no longer to issue direct command and authority is much not bigger than veteran Tech Marine) (But if there's a campaign that will might affect the Chapter honor and fate, Chaplain might be mobilize to reinforce the Chapter moral in order to prevent deceiving and liars from the chaos) Conclusion: Try not to do something that make higher command promote you to high ranking "non-commanding" officer. Because sometimes, reverse demotion might suffer more than direct demote
