    I love your BSL tutorials, and I was wondering if you could do one on basic syntax and grammar? I really enjoy learning the vocabulary, but I need some help constructing a sentence and I can't find any helpful resources on the internet, so it would be much appreciated.
    Also: I love your vintage fashion and hairstyle videos, and I have to thank you for opening my eyes to the everyday struggles of having a disability. It wasn't something I'd really considered before. Lots of love to you and Claudia!

    My hair's not even long enough to do these (if I were to go vintage, it'd be a 1920's bob, I don't have the patience for anything else) but I love seeing the way you achieve these looks. I guess I'm sort of fascinated that anyone has the patience, lol. But they all look great on you, and the milkmaid braids do make me kind of miss my long hair, cause that I might be able to manage.

    Beautiful hair colour and a lovely collection of hairstyles. I liked the one with your hair tied up in a whatchamacallit and then finished off with a thingamabob. But my absolute favourite was where you used a thingamabob to tie your hair up in a whatchamacallit; that was very pretty.

    I have three things to say:
    1. You are so talented at what you do and these hairstyles look wonderful on you!
    2. I love your accent!
    3. I'm definitely going to try and wear these at school. Hopefully they work with my shortish-medium hair!

    I have wavy hair that's long enough to sit on, and I do milkmaid braids often because if I wear braids down, I often sit on them, too! I usually do my hair in two French braids, then bring each one across the back of my head, then forward and across the front, and back to the back and across once more. Takes loads of pins, but it's up and out of my way and doesn't budge.

    Hello Jessica! What a lovely tutorial. I have long thick corrugated hair. So, I don't do much with it. It's not because of my hair, it's because of the pain. In fact, I am going to take this messy bun out right now. My godmother would be in chanted by you! She also has long thick corrugated hair. And she can do anything with it! Nothing hurts her head. It's crazy! When we were in college, I could do whatever I wanted tell you as much as I wanted, and she didn't care. If I do more than brush my hair, I'm in pain. Laughing! Just a thought of what you call back combing, and I called teasing, is enough to hurt just by looking. But, it is fascinating to watch these tutorials and see how those hairstyles are created. Enough for now! Cheers!

    @eilishf6005 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    I love the hairstyles and they look doable. I also love that you gave instructions on how todo them also this time as I am not good with doing hair. Also just a tip with filming the signing parts (sorry I don't remember which sign language you use I can't remember if it is BSL or ASL) of the video zoom out or move the camera back a bit as half of the signing is cut off. I've recently done a lot of Auslan (Australian Sign Language) videos for class so I know how tricky filming them can be. Making sure you have everything in the frame so no signing is cut out, good angle, lighting, non busy background the list goes on.
    I do enjoy your videos and how you make them accessible and remind people to take their hearing aids out first because sometimes I've put products on my hand ready to start my hairstyle (mostly for Dancing) then remembered the hearing aids were still in. So thank you.

    I did modified side twists from your other hair tutorial. I do side part without the fringe (my hair is too long to pin it nicely as a front piece), do hight ponytail with the rest then twist both sides and pin them near the ponytail and then add their tails to it with another band. It became my go-to and goes great with undershave on the back. Works great for long ass curly and straight hair.

  • @charlottem7707
    @charlottem7707 6 ปีที่แล้ว

    No. 5 for the barrel roll fringe it works best with a hair rat ladies, you can buy these or even better buy a haie doughnut as they are everywhere, chop it in half and sew up either end (if your a bit crafty) perfect hair rat. These were popular even in the Victorian era (in those days made of real hair!) to add volume and structure to your do! I love my hair rat and gives that polished vintage / pin up style 💋

    LOVE Milkmaid braids!! I do mine the same way you do, because who has the arm strength, or time to start a Dutch Braid & actually do one continuous braid all the way around your head! 😱 I saw on IG it’s another “pants” day, can you drink green tea with some honey in it? Or mint green tee? It’s very good for jumpstarting the lymph system to help empty those glands! Praying you feel better so you can enjoy the Eurovision Awards tonight! Rooting for anyone in particular? Much Love to all 4 of you from across the pond (I consider my dog a “peoples” so I count Walter & Tilly in there)! 🤗💜😘

    • @jessicaoutofthecloset

      I can't have honey unfortunately... but I did enjoy Eurovision very much! What do you think of my scorecard? ha ha twitter.com/JessicaOOTC/status/995435038513750016

      OMG...I literally LOL’d at you comment for Albania!! 🤣 That is fantastic!! Are you ready for the Lake District?? Has Claudia pulled her hair out trying to sign to you, or has she realized she knows much more than she gives herself credit for? I hope your trip is PHENOMENAL, and there are no “pants” the whole time your there! Just feeling good & enjoying your time with loved ones..I’ll be praying for that!! (I hope that doesn’t offend you, please don’t be worried about telling me if it does! I know you grew up Quaker & I grew up Non-Denominational. I was taught that it isn’t our place to judge anyone’s beliefs or actions, that is only God’s job. What I AM expected to do is love everyone, & spread God’s Love for me through my actions. Like you, there are days I’m stuck in bed or on the sofa, & I have started spending part of that time praying for others who deal with these horrible Autoimmune & Auto-inflammatory Diseases, instead of begging to be fixed myself! I can’t necessarily stand all day & volunteer somewhere, but I can absolutely volunteer up prayers for people everywhere dealing with some of the same poo I am! Of course I pray for their loved ones as well b/c I know personally that I would not be doing as well as I am if it weren’t for my amazing hubby & pup-dog! It’s funny how you consider someone you’ve never met a friend, esp. b/c they know the hell that part of your life is taken over by..) Much Love Sweetie 🤗💜😘!
