LAMP installation on Ubuntu 22 for Wordpress Development. Part 2: PHPMyAdmin

In this video we are looking at steps to install PHPMyAdmin, some important things to understand:
1. The default databases configuration can give you validate password policy error. For same, uninstall the same component, install phpmyadmin and re-install the validation component. This is ONLY recommended on development machines.
2. The user created by phpmyadmin installation has access to manage phpmyadmin database which is used by the phpmyadmin web tool for its own functionality. Don't rely on it for root level management OR other projects.
3. I have purposefully not selected the apache2 option during the installation to show you how to link the phpmyadmin configuration to apache2 configuration and enable the same using a2enconf command.
