    I legit just failed my diet last week after 3 weeks of doing everything consistent. My grandma made me a birthday cake and I had to eat it all after having unhealthy cravings since my diet started. Then I fell off the wagon for a week while I was out of town. Now that I'm back home I felt horrible and stumbled on this video. Thank you for the motivation to get me back on the grind.

    I used to be 90 kg then 60kg and after I graduated from junior high I'm back to 85 kg. Now I'm here to lose weight again since I'm not in any clubs here in my 2nd year at senior high

I went to the gym on Sunday and Monday with my cousin because he knowd quite a bit about the gym because he had a personal trainer and he told me to go today and do back and biceps but I was struggling to get out of bed today and unfortunately I didn’t go.       2 KG in 2 weeks is bad ngl you should lose 1 or 2 KG every week calorie deficit and cardio combined that means you been slacking

    I used to be big into body building in my teenage years. Was looking damn good until i went too heavy on a lift and just totally destroyed my lower back. Just turned 31 and now about 215 pounds 😭 not looking or feeling good at all. Gotta get back to it. Thanks for the motivation brother 🤘 keep it up

    Good video bro - only criticism I have is your opinion about calories in calories out. The reason why you lost the weight is because you were in a calorie deficit - further more if you just had a big mac and fries the entire day and nothing else you would still be in a calorie deficit and still lose weight. Not the healthy way to do it but it always comes down to thermodynamics 'calories in calories out' that determines weight loss or weight gain.

    I’m trying guys . I used to be 290 I got down to 190 in 2 years!! No bullshit all I did was walk like a mad man everywhere and barely changed my diet. I’m back at 230 and trynna bulk up and get my ideal body. Actually exercising vs walking is a different mental battle

    The only issue I have with this is the problem with calories in calories out. It's basic sciece. Eating the right macros can help but keeping yourself from foods that you love will also make it harder.

    I agree with everything you said apart from cardio. You don't NEED cardio but it definitely helps. But if your resistance training is intense enough with your rest time being semi short, and you're gradually putting on lean muscle as you lose weight, your metabolism and maintenance calories will gradually increase, which will in turn promote fat loss. You being in a calorie deficit whiles actively watching your macros is the main source of weight loss. Cardio just speeds it up depending on how much you're doing it.

      You're right, that's just about the only thing that I disagreed with this video (and using caffeine as a crutch when dude is so young.) "Cardio" can mean a lot of things and some will hear that and think they should be running miles when in reality all that is going to do is trigger ghrelin hormones making a person way hungrier in a way that simply doesn't happen just from weights.

    I’ve been working out for 2 weeks and following his advice, I also did cycling, I don’t have access to gyms so I just do things like push-ups but every time I get stronger I do more and more each time, lost 5lbs in 2 weeks, summer break is grind time💪🏾🔥

    Calories in & calories out is THE ONLY thing that matters, not saying you should eat shit(it's gonna be hella harder to achieve your goal in that case), BUT YOU LITERALLY COULD and you would still lose weight.
    You even agree with that later on in the video (6:30) "what happens when you overeat? You're not gonna lose weight" Yeah, thats called calorie surplus - more calories in than calories out.
    Lets be objective here -
    undereat eating only junk food - weight loss,
    overeat eating only "good" stuff - weight increase.
    I really like the message of the video - you should focus on macros and eating healthy cause you need proper amount of protein to grow and fats for your hormonal balance and also the diet itself is gonna be more sustainable, but don't tell people calories in & calories out doesn't work. Nevertheless, congratulations on your transformation and keep up the good work.

    Not gone lie before I let myself go I lost 60 pounds and was in the best shape of my life. Eating what I wanted to. Didn’t get a single calorie I was working out 5 days a week and was watching the type of food I was eating but I ate what I wanted. The biggest key to sustainability is enjoyment. We are not robots lol we’re humans

    The cheat Item is so important. For me, I was able to get away with one cheat ITEM a day, no cheat meals ever. Other than that, I eat completely clean and track my macros. And there are PLENTY of healthy versions of everyday unhealthy foods as well like he mentioned. This is what helped me lose 20 pounds in about 30 or so days. This guy is the only guy that gets it, i'm so glad he made this video

    So for my diet what I do is this I wake up at 9 I eat my first meal at 9:30 around that time I eat salad with boiled egg 2 of them then at lunch at around 2:30 I eat lamb or salmon pieces with salad and if I get hungry in between I eat fruit like one slice of watermelon or something like that do not eat banana whatever happens it’s very bad for you then at dinner around 8:30 I eat salad with lamb chicken or whatever my mum makes simple and drink 2L of water a day and go to the gym as well and spend around 20 minutes on the treadmill if your fat and slow pace walker at a speed of 2.5 and if your fast fat spend around 3.5 speed on the treadmill it helps and if you get legs burning it’s a good thing but if it hurts to much do a 10 minute break then continue it’s the best way of doing it also spend around 15 to 20
    Or even 30 minutes on the weights no more than that try different strategies on the weights especially for the belly if your trying to lose weight also try to do lifting weights for the muscles just to help yourself do press-ups if you can’t do press-ups try wall ups these help for fat people trying to move their muscles trust me it’s a slow process but it works I’ve been doing it and it works but if you really want to lose weight fast then just fast for 3 days no food just water you will lose around half a stone and you can see the difference but trust me you won’t wanna do that it’s just not good just stick to eating healthy and drink water and gym it will help for the long run.

    I usually don't like to post comets on people's videos, because most of the time people think it's hate but....
    Almost everything you've said in this video is wrong ,apart from what you've said about cardio and protein. I'm glad whatever you did to lose weight worked for you but it's just not the right way to do it! Number one , calories in and calories out does work, it's in fact the most important thing when someone is trying to lose weight! Yes eating healthy is important,yes protein is more satiating compared to fats and carbs ,but at the end of the day what matters is how much energy you've consumed ,and how much you've spent throughout the day! It doesn't matter if its 30% carbs or 20%fats or whatever ptc marcos you eat because if you eat in a calorie surplus you will gain weight,and if you eat in a deficit you will lose weight! Counting marcos is foolish and useless for most people, maybe if you're preparing for a bodybuilding show ,or a UFC fight it makes sense to track how much carbs you eat or what macros you eat overay. The most important thing when it comes to macros is to eat enough protein , especially when you're in a calorie deficit. You should try to get 0.8 to 1g per pound of body weight.
    The second thing you're done wrong is eating way too few calories . The best way to lose fat is to lose it as slowly as possible! That way the chances of losing muscle in the process are low. And no! Not everyone needs to be jacked ,but it's important not to lose muscle because muscle is metabolically active, what this means is if you lose muscle your metabolism slows down , your energy is low ,you start moving less ,and you BURN LESS CALORIES! And also when you lose weight slowly,the chances of keeping the weight off and much, much greater that when you go ot crash diets like This one! This is not a hate comment! It's just sad to me how many people that don't know how to lose weight the correct way will see this video. Again I'm not hating but wrong information about fitness, especially about weight loss leads to yoyo dieting and body dysmorphia.

    sometimes weight loss can be easy, i was 212lbs and 5'11 and got to 190lbs in no time at all just by not drinking soda and cutting my sugar while being more physically active.some people have high metabolism mixed with poor diet where just replacing all drinks with water can get you losing weight.

    I lost 80lbs in 8 months by just skipping dinner and eating a small breakfast and big lunch, making sure I eat under 2000 calories a day . BUT, I pigged out on saturdays and ate entire pizzas and ice cream and burgers so you can still have cheat days (I was 6’2 260lbs). And doing basic body weight exercises 2 days a week

    The cardio is so true. I started cycling 100km a week and lost 5kg in only 4 weeks and feel already so much better, just need to deal with my diet. As that's a pain. And go back to weight lifting.

    Guys if you wanna lose weight, don´t rush. Just go to the gym (5 times a week is great) stop drinking juice or coke (drink only water) reduce bread and sugar (drastically) and always try to replace junk food for fruits or vetetables. You will see results without going crazy over diet and food.

    I lost 70% of proggres i did. I went from 100kg to 73 and after 1.5 year from my best point I started going down and down and down (tho I was going to gym frequently and even at higher bf I still looked quite good but then depression happened and now Im over 82kg, not even sure anymore because Im scared of knowing my weight, Im distgusted of myself and feel like complete shit, even girlfriends support doesnt help at all, I got her at my best and I want to be greater than I was back then. I'm going to comeback. This time without restrict diet which destroyer my muscles with the same fasting as you did (tho i was eating at 11am or 12 am and 6pm-7pm) and going to gym atleast 3 times a week for at least a year.
