We always had just one washroom growing up for 4 of us. I have friends that build houses they just have one full washroom and a small one with just a toilet and sink downstairs.
Make sure that your home is your safe space. You can always through good parties but it doesn’t need to be all the time or sloppy. Let other houses be the party houses. You won’t miss out

That question about the husband leaving at a party hit me completely different. I did this with my last girlfriend a lot. I am not big on meeting new people unless I want to meet them first. I've had too many instances where I'd meet someone and then blank of their name or what they do. It just doesn't register. I think I have bad facial recognition skills to be honest. I just don't like meeting people (putting on fake interest in the process) who I know I'll probably never seen again, or I'll rarely see them if I do. So we would go somewhere and if I didn't think she would care about meeting a person, then I wouldn't introduce her. In my mind, I was thinking that's me doing her a favor. She didn't see it that way. She saw me just ignoring her while talking to someone else. My good intention was never received that way. Likewise I would leave her alone if she was talking to someone I didn't know. I would get "Where were you? I wanted to introduce you to..." and in my mind, I'm like, yeah I know, that's why I was across the room.
Shit. I might axtually have to turn this off. Im trying to get ready for work and you keep saying shit like "dont worry about me, go to to college!" 😭 its so crazy we raise them and right when they find themselves and we start to fogure them out.... they leave. Gah.
