The only part I'm not getting is at the end when you have the tail in the loops and strings that you were tugging at for some reason I just that part's not turning out right for me and it's kind of hard to see what you're doing do you have any other videos that shows this up close? When I tug on the ail, nothing happens, the loop just stays there

i will try this , can u also do this with single crochet if the pattern calls for it
Yes, just used the recommended stitch count for the pattern. SC is usually 6 sts.
