Susie is pretty much a harem protagonist at this point. Kris likes her the most out of the entire FUN Gang, since Susie tea heals Kris the most, and he *stares* into Susie's eyes as they drink. Noelle has an obvious crush and even shows a little bit of a naughty side when around Susie, and all of a sudden BERDLY gains feelings for Susie as well.

Yesssssss. When polyamory is good it's good, and Kris' androgynous look makes it more believable and sweeter in my opinion. Besides, it makes sense that they're all caught between two people who satisfy different wants between toughness and femininity.

Poly relationships always seemed disingenuous and fragile to me, but I actually think it'd work out between these three with the dynamic they have. Honestly I just feel like a good amount of the time one person gets excluded after some time in the relationship. Favorites are picked. I'm not saying this is true for all... But it seems likely to happen. That's why I don't date at all, it's way too confusing.

If I had to guess from what we've seen so far:
Noelle and Kris are just estranged childhood friends with plenty of history between the two, however, evidence of them being an item is slim to none, though not impossible.
Kris and Susie are classmates whose friendship has recently formed, while perhaps a bit too early to tell the two have shared a few moments with possible romantic undertones, most notable their last conversation at the end of chapter 1, Kris drinking 'Susie' tea, the conversation that happens if the player chooses 'yes' on wether Kris is fine after the Spamton NEO fight. Additionally it is worth pointing out that the teas of chapter 2 demonstrate Kris is much more fond of Susie than of Ralsei, while this could be due to the conversations they may have had behind the player's back, another factor could be that Kris is developing feelings for Susie, not a full on crush like Noelle but an early on-set. (Note: Susie seems to be the oblivious one in all these situations).
Susie and Noelle is by far the most obvious romantic relationship Toby seems to be displaying for us, strongly paralleling Alphys and Undyne's relationship in his previous game Undertale, while that could count towards this working out, any fan of Toby knows how much he likes to misdirect and subvert our expectations. Regardless it seems that Noelle is border-line obsessed with Susie, to far as to choke Berdly when he develops feelings for Susie, while Susie herself appreciates how much Noelle seems to accept her (especially considering she didn't have any friends beforehand).
Do tell me if I missed anything. Also sorry Berdly my man, but I'd be surprised if you get your beak wet this whole story.

After chapter 2 came out and I played through it, I came to this conclusion. I have no idea who to ship who with anymore. Noelle and Kris were childhood friends, Noelle clearly has a huge crush on Susie, Kris seemed to enjoy Susie's tea, Birdly just ends up having a crush on whoever made an impact on him at the particular moment so I wouldn't be surprised if he falls for Kris later on down the line, Ralsei gets extremely flustered around Kris, and I have no idea what the hell's going on with Susie!!
I swear, Toby probably watched some cheesy Disney Teen drama before starting the Deltarune story and decided to make it one big romance drama.

I really wish I can help you out with the voice acting thing but unfortunately i am a female with no experience in voice acting. I mean I do sometimes VA on my own just for funsies irl, like for eg I can do like cute voices (idk how to explain ajdjebf) and sometimes if my voice is super warm up I can do male voice. But again unfortunately i have no experience and I'm sure u are looking for more experience VA. And bc of that I just wanna say, good luck with that! ^^
