I'm loving how we can watch you mix the colors, I just bought jelly gouache and I am having a hard time learning how to mix colors, it's very helpful to watch you do it so I can learn through observing. Thank you for the video! Loving your painting❤
Thank you! ❤️ It will get easier with practice 🥰 I know I speed up the video a lot when I'm mixing but you can always pause the video or slow it down if that helps. Maybe in the future I could also a tutorial on how to mix the colors!

I really want to have this set but it's really pricey here but I noticed how most of these colors are in miya himi gouache too. We have a local online shop who sells individual cups and I saw that they have the same names, I'm not sure about the colors though but they definitely have the same names. Maybe Miya one has these colors in their 56 set gouache not sure. But this is beautiful, I like the pastel colors and the painting is beautiful too. I would be dreading the whole time painting the background but you make it look easy and nice. Hoping for the sketchbook tour soon! Thank u so much for sharing ur art
Arrtx have two different colour pallets in their jelly cup gouache range. The Yellow box contains the more pastel range. There is a range of deeper/brighter colours that is more of a standard mixing range - I have them in a mint green case. So when buying them, pay attention to the colour selection inside the box - it's easy to get distracted by the pretty colour boxes but they do contain different selections of paint. Hope this helps.

I enjoyed this video, tyvm! I found the peeling part easy but I didn’t bother scraping the lids as that was the messy part and I couldn’t be bothered getting that messy for so little paint. I also put a snap-lock bag over the bottom palette (that’s in the lid) which I put over top of the gouache and the bottom and then snapped the top lid over the top of those two wrapped in the snap-lock bag, hopefully that will keep them moist for longer

This was super satisfying! Thank you! I personally couldn't find the himi gouache and bought the Arrtx mint box (which had the same colours as the himi mint box). Apparently, the seller said that Arrtx is a remastered version of Himi?In the listings I saw, the mint/pink Arrtx has the same colours as the himi ones and the Arrtx yellow/blue box has the pastel shades you showed here.
For me i prepared the miya himi gouache than the arrtx because i love the darker colours. And if i want it to be lighter, I'm just adding a bit white. What is your favourite? Pls make another comparison video of this 2.
That's true but I am pretty sure that Arrtx also have the other colors in another set but I'll definitely make a comparison video soon to see which one I like the most (I am not sure yet 'cause I like both but I wanted to try them for a few more days before deciding).

I found the peeling part easy but I didn’t bother scraping the lids as that was the messy part and I couldn’t be bothered getting that messy for so little paint. I also put a snap-lock bag over the bottom palette (that’s in the lid) which I put over top of the gouache and the bottom and then snapped the top lid over the top of those two wrapped in the snap-lock bag, hopefully that will keep them moist for longer
