Alot of beginer work outs tend to be complicated, don't talk about form(causing pain) and don't do things in real time, video editing and phase outs that make it hard to keep up. This is like a good old fashion work out video like people use to have on tape. Simple constructed and ACTUALLY beginner. I'm very out of shape and I felt the work without hating it. Thank you so much!
Love this, do you have videos on macebells or indian clubs and battle ropes just to keep things mixed up, love your voice and gentle teaching style so many videos are so aggressive and showing off.
Hi Alex! 💖 I really appreciate your kind words and I'm so glad you're enjoying the workouts! There's a variety of fun exercises on the channel that could be just what you're looking for to mix things up. I think you'll find something that resonates with you. Thanks for being part of the community! 🌟💕
Awesome workout Coach Gaby! Good for in between my strength training days. The lightest medicine ball we have is 12 pounds but that was too hard and cumbersome so used a 7 kG dumbell which is probably about the same weight. Combined this with my Coach Mere's One and done workout. xx Karen
I never comment but thank you for making this! Day 1 of starting this as I’m pretty underweight with zero strength and trying to work up an appetite and to be able to lift things as basic as cat litter. I’ll try to update in 30 days to see how this goes.
You're welcome, and that's awesome, @PinkCammy! 😊 I'm really glad it helped you get in those 10 minutes of exercise. Every little bit counts! Keep it up! 🤗
Congratulations on completing Day 1 of your workout! 🎉💪 Starting a new routine can be challenging, but you did it! Don't worry if you needed to take a break; it's all part of the process. Listen to your body and take it at your own pace. Remember, progress is progress no matter how small. 💯 Keep up the great work!🌟
But would these exercises still work if you have a wimpy medicine ball, say in the 6-8 lb range? I am more of a cardio person, never liked using free weights or machines (too self conscious about form), but like the idea of using a medicine ball and maybe kettle bells down the road?
I typically use (two) 8 lb dumbbells when I work out. Did this with a 12 pound ball and arms feel destroyed lol Your 8 pounder will probably do the trick!
Hi @jannahfirebrace6509! 👋🏻 The calories burned can vary based on your weight, fitness level, and how intensely you work out. Generally, for a 10-minute moderate-intensity session, you might burn around 80-120 calories if you're going at a vigorous pace. 💪🏻 Hope this helps! 😊
This is so motivating and well explained ❤
I'm glad to hear that, @bellawangari8557! Keep enjoying your workouts!🥰

You can always start with the basic weight and then work your way up when you are ready 🙂
