@@Ksenia1988-e7z being aable to stream shows doesn't mean that we don't still wait between seasons for new content. you can only binge it if its all out already.
To be fair as much as I hated having to wait months for the next season, being able to binge an entire show in less than a week and then have to wait 1-2years is almost as bad. Unless it’s an amazing show I often forget about it or lose interest. That’s why I tend to stick to shows that are complete so I don’t have to wait or have a show unceremoniously cancelled by networks/netflix.
This is one of my all time fav eps!!!!! Its heartbreaking but so beautiful! I especially love Meredith's monologue at the end. We dont say "i love you" to the people we love enough. Man i love this series! Cant wait for more dude!
This episode was BRUTAL ! i cried so much The elevator scene with Izzy and George was so well executed, and I think the song played was written specially for the season 5 finale of Grey's Anatomy.
We're finally here... I had been previously spoiled before watching this episode, it was one of the biggest "WTF?! NOOO!" tv show moments of my life. I was devastated. But it was beautifully done in my opinion.
Oh, the drama. I remember when I first watched this episode, thinking there was something up with John Doe. I don't think there's ever another occasion when the focus is solely on one patient, so it felt like a big red flag. I definitely laughed when you said that George wasn't even in the episode.
Imagine watching this live and having to wait months to find out if they both or one either survived or died. i swear i love this show but i also feel like Shonda owes us all therapy for the emotional turmoil. it is a really great episode though.
I feel like 21:55 was the exact moment you KNEW. The way your face changed completely. Love this reaction so much!! Then, your entire reaction that follows. 😍
I’m SO glad you didn’t predict the George thing. I was on the edge of my seat thinking you’d predict it somehow lol. That shit rocked my world and I didn’t even like George much.
You touched on it a bit yourself, but I think the twist at the end would've been a lot more impactful if they'd given George better screen time and a proper arc throughout the season, but it was still pretty well executed given the circumstances going into the episode.
😭😭 it’s only cause of the outer circumstances that he didn’t have more screen time his death was planned the whole time im soo annoyed that I didn’t see it coming
@@raivichalves forget probably not have died he probably would still be in this series 😭 it was after the whole openly gay thing and situation with Isiah that things started spiraling behind scenes
You're good. You calling it as his last episode and catching on before the reveal was awesome. Also, yay for recognizing that actress. Yet another Prison Break alum.
As soon as this episode started I knew it was this one. I've been dreading its arrival all season long for you, knowing it would hurt you as much as it hurt us. I felt the anxiety all over again that I felt all those years ago when this aired as I did watching and waiting for the shoe to drop for you. Every time you asked "Where is George" "They keep talking about it but they're not showing him to us" ARGHHHH ! And naturally I cried again.
I knew you were going to feel it this episode the why you kept saying it wasn't fair about izzy imagine living your life one moment and fighting for it the next
NOT ME sitting here with my proverbial popcorn, bracing myself to watch Logan's sense of the world get completely DESTROYED about a minute before the credits roll. 😏🍿🤯😭💥
I never liked George's character after he cheated on Callie, so the impact of his death was felt in Meredith's reaction. I don't know why the writers stopped developing his character, except for the fact that TR Knight's acting changed so dramatically that George became a different character. Compare the first two and half seasons of how George was portrayed to the last two and half seasons. If I were one of the show runners for Grey's, I would have thought, I hired TR Knight to play a role, and he refused to play the role.
'John Doe is George', iconic Greys moment
Can you imagine waiting for months after that cliffhanger
I remember...it was horrible. Nowadays you can stream all at once, younger people often don't know this pain haha
@@Ksenia1988-e7z I think you mean torture not pain
Yes, I can, cos I did wait when I watched it when it originally aired on tv.😅

The elevator scene still gives me goosebumps to this day 🙈
That song too

Oh this episode hits so hard every single time. The cliffhanger on this season was horribly anxiety inducing. What a way to rip our hearts out.
that ending. Fcks me every time. Such great characteres. Everyone knows a good nerdy friend George and funny beautiful crazy Izzie
in a show full of heartbreaking episodes and sadness this episode is one of the ones that stands out for me as one of the saddest.

From what i've read, If he had a proper arc, he wouldnt even had died. The actor asked to leave because he had no screen time in 5th season.

"What the--" Appropriate reaction. Super glad no one spoiled this for you!
I never noticed in the last episode Christina says "you could get hit by a car, or find a mole on ur back" and well... 😬
Watching this episode when it aired and having that as a cliffhanger was crazy!!!
This episode left me shell-shocked when I watched it the first time
Idc what ppl think of George i honestly will always cry about this episode 😭
Watching this episode knowing how it ends is pretty wild
The realisation, it blew my mind too haha
I have been waiting for you to get to this episode for so long.
Yay, I'm so happy u uploaded the finale today!! I was worried I'd have to wait till next week
they don't make season finales like this anymore, i got my heart racing just watching your reaction, imagine having to wait that hiatus
This episode was the fourth episode I ever watched of the show and the one that finalised my decision to watch the show from the beginning. So good.
Thank You, Logan! I've gotta say that's that's the first time I've been able to watch that episode AND laugh my ass off. Classic reaction.
For me, the first hardest episode.

You caught on quicker than anyone I can think of
I had the suspicion you might catch on to the George thing before the reveal XD
Dude your reaction was exactly the same as mine the first time I watched this episode I cried bucketloads.
ahh buddy... sending you a virtual hug
This was one of the single hardest episodes for me to watch, greys is the only TV show that has really affected me along the way
