She's tired of Gil bashing women's basketball and thinking he has to be right about everything. Gil can be clearly wrong and he'll continue arguing and pulling "facts" out his ass. He has one opinion about the relationship between players' age and potential marketing success and refuses to acknowledge that it doesn't have to apply to every single player.
That’s true but what he was trying to say was any professional team would see a prospect (juju) at 18 in the draft they gonna pick ‘em regardless they only care about jumping on the hype train any see what happens if it works out she’ll be better than a 4 yr college player but that definitely don’t apply to all players I get what he was trying to say
@bud24able Of course that makes sense for some players, but he acts like that's the only way. The flip side is that a lot of these young players come in with all that hype and then flame out cause they're not actually developed enough to play at the pro level. If you go with experience, you're more likely to have a solid player long term. One way is more focused on taking the chance at making money off an individual, and the other is building a solid roster that can win championships and bring in money later.
