    I think my best match I had 7 player kills. Since then I've gotten zero 😮😮

      look up a bunch of youtuber builds and trust it for a while then maybe start making your own or adjusting it. (and try all sorts of characters in jungle practice)

    I had a bad experience when I got bullied on a game with my teammates who were much more leveled up than I am (I am level four and they reported me for being bad) I have issues with motor control and I take a long time to learn games but I'm trying to learn. Thank you!

    I juuuust came back to smite from Dota and I have been struggling hard on some of the major differences in playstyle/supporting. Im so used to a stationary pos 5 that when i saw roams happen like lvl 4-5 from supports towards mid often...I was so confused. Glad I ended up finding your videos.

    I think all of this info is crucial and helpful for both beginners and vets like myself because some people have been playing for years and still don’t know some of these things. I’d like a video detailing certain things. I’m familiar with everything he’s said and I’m def not a beginner but always looking to improve. I just can’t seem to figure out certain things or maybe more so I’m aware of it but still find myself getting wrecked. For example a duel 1v1 ranked game. I’ve had games where I’ll get red buff, clear lane, get early kill, get their buffs and my buffs and somehow they’re the same level as me. When I’ve legit got all the farm and kill to be ahead…. And then there’s times when it happens to me and I’m 2 levels behind. This is the mechanic I don’t understand. How the hell do I fall behind two levels but when it’s reversed and I’m putting down the pressure and getting all the farm they’re still right there with me…?

    I first started playing Smite when it was first released but the trolling and tilted teammates I had effectively made me uninstall it. I recently returned and consistently consider quitting this game again because most of the players just flame me for not being a good player. Helpful bud!

      The moment someone starts being toxic or annoying, mute them immediately. Train yourself so that’s like your instinctive reaction. Someone starts being a twat - bam, muted.
      Also I recommend muting the entire enemy team at the start of every game. No more spam laughs and spam taunts, no emotes, no shittalk in the post game lobby. This helps a TREMENDOUS amount.

    I love smite to death but it has one of the most toxic communities I’ve ever experienced like people complain about everything, like for an example some games I go 15-0 then some games depending on your teams picks etc some time the kills your working on someone out of know where and snatch them and it’s like really not even a big deal but when you see in chat like your trash because your 2-4 as an example mean while it was the same person running up taking it like huh? Sure it’s fun and greats feeling getting your kills but a lot of that is out of your control in team fights and the crazy part is the objective of the game isn’t to get the most kill literally you can have half the kill of the other team but if you work together to get down the towers then work on the titan you win it’s just mind blowing

      You can slow the pace of the video, you’re not the only beginner. Based off his content I’d say he’s shooting at lower attention spans; talking fast is most effective here. If you want a lot of information spoon fed to you maybe go find longer videos?

    • @travismorse4762
      @travismorse4762 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, I can slow the pace of the video, and no, I'm not the only beginner (good observations). I do have a low attention span, but I'm also a slow learner. Too much info will either confuse or bore me. It takes a certain balance, so I kinda gotta teach people how to teach me (it's a curse).

    Ah... your title needs updating:
    12 tips for EVERYONE to learn and remember.
    Too often I see players who don't want to do anything but kill and do damage. Then I check their high account level and shake my head. You're only as good as your team.
    Side note possible UI upgrade: I wonder if Hires would consider adding some sort of tooltip to the game to see God abilities and passive to the god selection screen. It just isn't there for me on console at least. Maybe new players, during the very large god selection time, could at least refresh themselves on their pick, the team picks and the enemies picks.

    grr i hate people who trash talk literally bran new players its like dam teach em them. i still remember when i 1st started and using kuku people were trash talking me and i got upset i was like then tell me what the heck to do. so one person said sorry and told me exactly what to build i remembered it and used it from than on and now years later built on it making it my own and boy is it beast xD if your gonna complain instead of putting team down help them...... or go play ranked xD i also was defending newer players and some of my members and i got into than the hunter from the enemy team called out my hunter like what were you building and why are you mad at your team mates builds when you dont know. it was gold and i was just lol xD

    • @MutedAndReported3032
      @MutedAndReported3032 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree completely. Here’s a tip, the moment someone starts to be toxic or annoying on your team, mute them. You do that by holding TAB and clicking the mute button next to that player. I also recommend muting the enemy team at the start of every game. You’ll hear no taunt and laugh spamming, and you won’t see any trash talk from them in the post-match lobby

    I mean maybe im TOO new for this video, since smite is my first moba.
    But referring to different roles as anything but what they're called in the actual game (e.g. laner, jungler, and all these things) doesnt really help me understand, however a lot of the logic is pretty generally understandable.
    I just unfortunately dont know who these different rules apply to. Other than support i guess, since for some reason i know moba players refer to tanks as supports.

      I can tell you what most gods abilities are. However most gods I don't know their passive, even ones I have made to diamond. Most of the time, if you figure out the ability rotation and how to build items, the passive just plays itself (Chiron and Chronos for example). Unless they're as impactful like Cupid, Maui or Agni, it's forgettable information.

    • @tangedal9983
      @tangedal9983 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cursedsteve3290 it’s better to not forget because not only do you have to remember all of your abilites. But you should be paying attention to your teams abilities and enemy’s. Including what they do and the timers on them. You are right to a degree but I still try to test myself to keep my knowledge on abilites and passives strong.

    Best tip I got is to RESPECT THE MINIONS. Early game especially. How many times ill be in solo lane, the game starts, I walk right past the enemy God and start using abilities on the minions, the enemy god ignores clear and attacks me instead and gets destroyed by the minion wave. Respect the minions
