Thank you so much i have been wanting for God to reveal this gift in my journey of health. I first thought I needed to stop dairy because of alot of health benefits but as a child and young girl I always drinked milk and wasa healthy as ever. But now today listening to my body along with your video I know i need my milk back in my life and I love spinach too but have been afraid of the toxin that have been sprayed with but I'm going to go for spinach and my collard greens again and not be afraid of them . I can't wait to get me some more tuna and sardines today I'm on my way to the market now. And you asked what was the first thing I'm going to add to my healthy food journal and it's milk yes I'm going to have some milk. Thank you and may you and family continue to be blessed. 😊
Thank you so much for your heartfelt message! It’s wonderful to see you reconnecting with foods that make you feel strong and healthy. Trusting your body is such a powerful step on your journey. Spinach, collard greens, tuna, sardines, and milk are all fantastic choices! One small tip: try to have your milk in the morning. It’s a great way to start your day with energy and helps your body absorb its nutrients better. Wishing you and your family continued blessings, good health, and happiness. Take it one day at a time, and celebrate each small victory along the way! Wishing you great success on this journey-you’ve got this!
Sir! You are absolutely correct about oily fish. Sadly the only salmon I see in various supermarkets, is ALWAYS a the pink type which as we all know it really has never been anywhere near the SEA which is his normal home!! But as we all know it isn’t grown there at all, instead it is farmed!!! The red Salmon is the only one that grows wild in the sea! Also, regarding the other fish somehow had lived with mercury! So what to do?? Please I really would be most obliged to understand, what is going on………. ❤❤❤❤❤❤for your informative video!
As for mercury in fish, this is a real concern for many. Larger predatory fish, like swordfish or king mackerel, tend to accumulate more mercury over time. However, salmon-both wild and farmed-has one of the lowest mercury levels among commonly consumed fish, making it a relatively safe and nutritious option. If you’re worried, sticking to wild-caught salmon or other low-mercury fish like sardines or trout can be a good strategy. I’d love to create more content diving deeper into this topic, offering tips on how to source the best quality fish and navigate these challenges. Thank you for sparking such an important discussion. it means a lot that you’re part of this community. Wishing you health and happiness always!
Thank you for this info sir. I am 83 years old and recently had the results of my Angiography. The recommended options of my doctors were Angioplasty & or open heart surgery but both options are not applicable now at my age. Medication of maintenance medicines continue. At this writing I am glad to come across your info on foods. I would appreciate if such foods apply to my present condition. I still could stand good on my legs but limited. I climb our house of 14 steps daily at pace. Thanks for your info.
Thank you for sharing your story and for your kind words. It’s truly inspiring to see how proactive you are about your health despite the challenges you’ve faced. Continuing to climb those 14 steps daily at your own pace is a testament to your strength and determination. Regarding the foods, many heart-healthy options-like leafy greens, legumes, fatty fish, and nuts-can complement your maintenance medications and support your overall health. It’s great that you’re exploring these options to strengthen your legs and boost your vitality. Please remember to consult your doctor about any significant dietary changes to ensure they align with your current condition. Wishing you continued strength, good health, and many more steps forward each day. You’re doing amazing-take care!

I m going to be 80 in. June sometimes I really get worried because my legs are really struggling to carry me listining to yr video has given me given me so much of hope I will be eating.more greens and salmon thank you lord for my life
I’m 80 & diabetic. Besides this I’ve had no health issues. I used to walk regularly and work out too. But since last week am having pain in the right knee & feel a weakening in the leg. Would love to follow your advice but I’m totally vegetarian so fish is out for me. My haemoglobin is 14.3 ( high for a female) , so i shall have to miss out on Leafy greens, too isn’t it? So that leaves just 1 option, & that’s dairy. I have a protein shake twice daily that gives me 28g protein per shake. Am watching from India & would be grateful if you could suggest 1 or 2 additional options. I do want to bring back the strength in my legs. Thank you so much for this encouraging video.🙏🙏
@ELDERSADVICE1 Thank you so much for your invaluable advice, listed out so meticulously & precisely. I shall surely follow it & revert. I have a few questions, though. I believe the high haemoglobin needs to be reduced to prevent clot formation & other complications. And this can be achieved by reducing oxalate levels, which can be done by avoiding soy preparations, berries, almonds, etc. So I was considering reducing my protein shake to once a day till my haemoglobin level reduces to12 or so. And avoiding iron rich vegs., almonds and berries till such time. I would highly appreciate your guidance. Thanks a lot .🙏🙏
You’re so welcome! 🎉 It’s my pleasure to help. Thank you for your kindness, and may God bless you with health, happiness, and many joyful moments. If you ever have more questions or thoughts to share, I’m always here for you. Take care!
I’m independent woman but since I got lower back surgery 2017 incident from work then 2020 I got fractured hip end up operation then 2022 hip replacement cos my bone collapsed this incident happened at home I slipped in the floor since then my right leg effected and sore sometimes sometimes . Now I am very very careful about my walking . Thanks a lot all this food are my favourites to eat ❤
Thank you so much for sharing your journey. It sounds like you’ve faced so many challenges with incredible strength and resilience. Recovering from surgery and dealing with ongoing discomfort isn’t easy, but it’s inspiring to hear how careful and proactive you are about your well-being. I’m so glad the foods mentioned are already your favorites-nutrition plays such a key role in recovery and maintaining strength. Keep listening to your body, taking it one step at a time, and prioritizing your health. You’re doing amazing, and I truly admire your determination. Wishing you continued strength, healing, and all the best on your journey.
Thank you for your question! 😊 If leafy vegetables like spinach or kale are harder to find in the Philippines, don’t worry-there are many local options that are just as nutritious. Here are some great alternatives: Malunggay (Moringa leaves) Packed with vitamins A, C, and calcium, these leaves are perfect for soups or stews. Kangkong (Water Spinach) Rich in iron and fiber, kangkong is excellent for stir-fries or sautéed dishes. Alugbati (Malabar Spinach) This local favorite is high in antioxidants and great for soups or as a side dish. Talbos ng Kamote (Sweet Potato Leaves) Loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants, these leaves are perfect for salads or blanching. Pechay (Bok Choy) A versatile leafy green that’s full of vitamins and great for stir-fry or broth-based dishes. I hope these options help! Wishing you healthy and happy meals!

I am 75, had 43 years experience as teacher and retired as principal, had other activities like part timing and working in the church in our community. I suffered weak legs and pain and cramps. The doctor said that it was Peripheral Arterial Disease PAD or illness of teachers, nurses and salesladies. I used contraction stockings and raised my legs on the wall to have the flow of blood easier. Can those foods help?
I’m so glad the video resonates with you and feels relevant to your needs as a senior. Leg cramps and weakness can be challenging, but it’s never too late to start taking steps toward stronger and healthier legs! Gentle exercises like stretching, walking, or even resistance training with light weights or bands can make a big difference over time. Staying hydrated and ensuring you’re getting enough magnesium and potassium in your diet might also help reduce nighttime cramps. You’re already on the right path by recognizing the need for change, and I’m cheering you on every step of the way. Take it one day at a time-you’ve got this!

Wow, what an incredible journey! From helping with remodeling homes to yard work, you’ve clearly stayed active and accomplished so much over the years. At 73, it’s inspiring to hear about your dedication and hard work-it’s a true testament to your strength and determination. Wishing you continued health and happiness in all that you do!
You’re doing amazing-keep it up!
😔

Thank you so much for sharing that! 😊 At 69, your enthusiasm and willingness to try new foods and exercises is truly inspiring. Taking these steps is a wonderful way to invest in your health and well-being. Remember, it’s never too late to start something that benefits you.
Try sardines (best in olive oil)… they are more shallow water fish, so have less heavy metals.
Thank You for Sharing. I am going to start with smoothie with Kale and almond milk.🙏

Great information. I’m 73 yrs old, definite to follow up these vitals. Thank you.
God bless 🙌🙌🙏
Thank you so much for this information. God bless you…

Thanks so much, these are my favorites foods 🙏 God bless you!!!
healthy legs take us everywhere, thank you for sharing great information
Thank you for your question! 😊 If leafy vegetables like spinach or kale are harder to find in the Philippines, don’t worry-there are many local options that are just as nutritious. Here are some great alternatives:
Malunggay (Moringa leaves)
Packed with vitamins A, C, and calcium, these leaves are perfect for soups or stews.
Kangkong (Water Spinach)
Rich in iron and fiber, kangkong is excellent for stir-fries or sautéed dishes.
Alugbati (Malabar Spinach)
This local favorite is high in antioxidants and great for soups or as a side dish.
Talbos ng Kamote (Sweet Potato Leaves)
Loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants, these leaves are perfect for salads or blanching.
Pechay (Bok Choy)
A versatile leafy green that’s full of vitamins and great for stir-fry or broth-based dishes.

Thank you for sharing - I just started juicing & eating salmon yogurt & leafy greens❤
